It works well, it serves it's purpose. But i suggest that you increase the token duration to at least 30 seconds, this will enable some persons who are not fast with their fingers and as well aged persons to use the app without stress.

Am finding it difficult to activate this app displaying" invalid activation code length ".please I need a clue on the number of length it requires

Its a good innovation but not user friendly as the time out for the soft pin s ridiculously short. Time gets elapsed even before copy and paste on the internet banking platform. Tried severally but failed to execute any transaction..

I do I register for this token I need d process n steps. I already hv a hard token

Cool. Ok. Increase duration. Also make it optional to use hard or soft. Don't enforce soft token on customer.
