I love the simplicity of this app. The simple push and hold of a button gives me a moment to breathe and reset.
Installed and it would stop working before it would open. Every. Single. Time.

Not all the affirmations are my favorite but most feel good not to fortune cookieisg and you can save favorites so if there's a day with an affirmation that doesn't resonate you can pull out an old one. The ads were not noticeable /intrusive on my old phone but were on my new one; covering the settings etc and part of the button you press... I ended up paying to remove them because I like these affirmations more than others I've tried.
The only thing that would make this app better (Imo) is if the phone alert option could show random quotes instead of just one. Other than that it's a great app; this is the second phone I have downloaded it on. Android/Samsung user.
I love this app! It is oddly always the affirmation I need for the day. It encourages me to find positivity throughout the day as I look for its meaning in my day.
I like this app's simplicity - when you need encouragement, a few words works better than a long spiel. E.g. it's easy to forget, when that unhelpful snack beckons, that I do indeed 'have a choice'!
I love this app! I like how I have to press the phone to get the affirmation. It's much more impressionable for me opposed to it just popping up immediately.
Always helpful to look down at my phone and a lunch break and be reminded I can do it!
I really love the app and the positivity that it gives you for the day. My only issue is that it has been less then a month and my affirmations are already repeating.
Great START for an app. Consider designing change/removal of favorite affirmations. Had to uninstall, then REinstall after merely experimenting. Grrr... Consider icon in top bar for quick access. I expect better abilities with an app, considering others out there. I love the action of holding down the button to see affirmation - active rather than passive! While I enjoy the simplicity here, perhaps this is a little TOO simple.

It helps to kick start my thought processes to a positive start and I have come to realise that I do need that!

I can't create customized affirmations
I've used this app for a while. It's very simple and I love it!
I keep getting the same affirmation every day! Is there a reason for this? The app worked great when I first got it and now...well 🙁
I have enjoyed this for years. The visual transition on the press/hold & release is what makes this app unique - and as described, more effective by engaging the senses. Recently however, the ability to repeat the transition isn't working. I sincerely hope the full functionality will be restored soon. Then I'll be back to update to 5 stars. :)
