This is a very clunky service. Also the layout in the overview screen is messy. With numbers overlapping numbers. There has been no fixes to this since i first noticed this. it shoul also be possible to check in and out of a registration or at least type in beginning time and end time.
Google estimates that this apology of a company made 372.2 million in revenue in 2019 and I can't imagine how. I have never used a platform so useless. The app crashes and the web based portal for Timesheets is always down with errors. Every single month! I cannot understand how they are still in the market and why my organisation patronises your services. An absolute apology.
This app is absolute garbage. It constantly adds or deletes hours from random days for the month I am working on. A 12 year old could've developed a better app than this one.
Cant connect using my Honor 9 phone. Seems to work with colleagues Galaxy phone. Its worrying that it stops the Webservice when it tries to connect
Stopped working all of a sudden. Uninstalled and reinstalled still wont load just keeps crashing.
Slow and inefficient compared to other systems, and apps. Slightly better security than most.

Have been given url from employer and cannot log in. It works on apple products but not on android. Have emailed above and it still doesn't work
Removes all project activities, needs to be manually readded again. I don't remember all those numbers...
Does not work with Galaxy Note 10+.....I have no information or tabs available to log hours!

Doesn't provide ability to use multiple positions. It's the only thing holding us back from moving forward. Very frustrating!
I can not open the week to submit my hours. The ui just got worse with different font sizes and nothing makes sense. Just terrible. Stay away from this app if you can.. update: still does not work correctly after updates and "fixes"
Cannot submit or save as draft even after verification. When attempting to submit does not go for workflow approval and remains in draft
Would be great if this was updated with the same GUI as is to find in the IOS version.
As long as the server side has been configured correctly and you have the connection string to connect to the server externally it works really well and is easy to setup. Until web services is configured for the apps and external access to the server is in place there's not much point trying to connect though. Please note this doesn't use the same connection string as self service.
This app is very difficult to use as one is unable to use it after installing it. There is no information given on how to setup the connection settings or what one is required to do.
Extremely difficult to use, not intuitively designed at all. I do eventually manage to submit my timesheet each week, but only after battling the user interface for far too long. The app seems to have some functions available when viewed vertically and other options available when viewed horizontally. Overall a badly designed app.
