Worked fine and now keeps saying App stopping. Restart app. Restart it and then it closes. Please fix issue or if there is new app ,update us

Can never log in always says it can't verify my user name and password. So tired of it, going to uninstall.

Yes, this app may have it's flaws sometimes but the good out weighs the bad! It's quick and I love the "check instant balance" feature.

Will not accept password that I just changed and was able to use on my home computer. Need to use it to deposit check into acct....can't!

It was doing fine until the update now it won't accept any of my login credentials but it'll accept my login credentials on a PC

Useless, crappy app. Very skimpy on features and now won't even allow me to access my account. Worthless piece of &#*!

App stop working

I updated my S6 edge plus to Marshmallow and now this app doesn't work. I have had nothing but problems with this CU and plan to change institutions very soon. RFCU is much more user friendly and more informative.

Logs in ok but this bank has no alert feature when you are getting close to zero in your account. I've also noticed on my account where it will say I have a certain amount and I will budget and then the next day it is a completely different amount. Also if you do hit any overdraft fees they don't give you any alert that says you've gone negative. They just keep charging you 30 bucks. Definitely not the best credit union. I've probably lost 400 bucks to that stupid place. DO NOT JOIN

Was working flawlessly, then today it brings up the initial loading screen then immediately closes itself. Please fix, and I'll change rating back to 5 stars.

Worked great until phone had to update phone. Fix it and will give 5 stars.

Absolutely awesome

Got a new phone, downloaded the app and now it just keeps asking for my username and keeps repeating security questions but never connects .

Had to change phones, reinstall kept asking security questions, never connected.

Tried loading on my G6 and G7. No luck, sends error code 505. Google can't fix it. No one at the IT department at the CU can figure it out either.

This app is great for managing my account. I just wish it had the functionality to deposit checks by taking a picture. EDIT: This app is even better, now that I can deposit checks with my phone's camera I don't know what else I could ask for!

Every time my wife or I start the app it says system error and will not let us check banking balances etc! Mine is Android and hers is an iPhone. Truly aggravating when ya wanna check your own balance so you can pay bills! Not happy with this app any more...... It used to work fine...... Wth happened?

Coming on February 2nd you will be able to deposit checks through the app.

Very easy to transfer funds from one account to another. Does not show pending transactions and under account activity it doesn't keep a running balance with each transaction. Would be nice to have pic check deposit.

Does not allow you to view pending transactions like the webpage.

Works but a little too simple. Photo check deposit, Push notifications something more would definitely be a +

Has a bad close out glitch

Very simple to use. Now dont have wait to access thru a pc, bank power in the pslm of my hand.

App wontvwork anylonger. Tried to redownload, but brings me to security password and thats as far as it will let me log on. Please fix.

Everytime I open the app, it won't pull the keyboard up to allow me to type my password. This is very annoying, and you have to repeatedly press the password box and it still doesn't do anything half the time. Please fix this!
