I have been able to use this app for over 2 years for my insurance. I have never had to call or search outside the app for anything. I easily printed my insurance card via phone to printer. I see a lot of bad reviews but I have never had any major issues.
I tried to renew my insurance for a month ,I called many phones numbers. I was told via email to update with the site they sent, didn't work, app didn't work , phone numbers didn't work, I called everyday for a month trying to renew my insurance. So I went to another company . And now they text me saying to renew my insurance which the site doesn't work. Thank you moving on.
I registered and verified my email. But it won't let me log in. This app seems to be getting a lot of bad reviews. You would think they would fix it or at least reply to the people giving these reviews. By not responding, it seems like they don't really care about their customers.
It keeps saying click here I click and it gets stuck, doesn't work at all.
The app is not even compatible with my ph anymore.....all I get is a blank screen now

This is the worst insurance of all ... I recommend not get a policy with United. They're thieves !!!
No update available. Therefore it will not allow me to sign in.

Downloaded the app to try and get an answer, because any time you call it's busy. Figures the app would be just as useless. I hope all the people who rated this 5 stars never have to do more than make a payment. I'm sure the rating may change when you actually need something from them. Funny that it is never busy if you need a quote to join. PATHETIC!
I've been giving this app a chance for the last 6 months. Every time I have to pay my bill I try to use it and every month is the same... I'm already registered at the Web page so I thought the user would be the same... Tried and didn't work. Tried registering again. Didn't work either. So now that's been 6 months of trying I can absolutely sure say that this app is just useless if your trying to pay or log in or register...
White blank screen. Timed out. Can't log in after registration. I validated it with my gmail and it was blank screens everywhere after that..uninstalling. Now.
I log into the app and it tells me I need to log in the app. Need to fix, so I can view my policy.
This would be awesome if it sent me an email of my bill and let me log in. Pretty pointless.
I got this after I got my truck insured with UAIC and it has mad it so easy to pay my bill and to have my insurance card with me and never half to look for it. Grate app....
With the update, think it would be better. Seriously handle your business, cause it doesn't work.

At the bottom of this page send an email. This will get you into contact with the individual that is associated with issue. I was helped and now I'm able to log in no problem.****** Use your Gmail account once you're able to log in, or you're setting up your account for the first time Hotmail doesn't work at all ************.
Tried to log on it told me to download app and when I did it still tells me to download app. ðŸ˜
Was working fine and update looks good but can't log in from the app or online website. App & website are broken.
Well first off I got charged twice for a monthly payment then they told me I was lieing about it and refused to look into it so I found a better insurance company and canceled uaic a week after making the payment they kept the full payment and sent me a bill on top of it. The worst thing is that if you need them in the middle of the night or even say 8 pm on a week day you get the automated system they don't care about the driver they only care about the drivers wallet. USE AT OWN RISK
