You may access Mobile Banking at no cost through the use of your Online Banking ID and password. If you are a first time user, call (866) 959-BANK to obtain your Online Banking ID and temporary password. Once logged in to Online Banking, click on "Options" and then "Mobile Settings." Fill in the requested information, click "Confirm" and you will receive a text confirmation.

Honestly, it would be better to get a TEXT MESSAGE and a push notification from the app vs email saying my card just became partially deactivated due to suspicious behavior. How lame & slow is email for most people like myself. I could've avoided inconvenience immediately at the time of the supposed activity. The text, push notification AND email could both explain and give correct contact info (extension#, email) of department to address the issue. You guys need to join 2019
Never had a problem until more recently getting into my app every time I put my password in it says that it's wrong, sooo frustrating!!! Tired of resetting password, call customer service was told to uninstall the app and then reinstall it. It only helps for that day, please fix this app!!!!! I use this for my business account I guess I may have to change to Bank of America their app never gave me a problem .
I've managed to get in, once. Seemed great. The downside is that when I do get in, I have to change my password. Then the password doesn't actually change. So effectively, every time I want to log in, I have to call customer service and have a 20 minute conversation.
Got blocked from my account. can no longer use this because i forgot the answer to my security question. would be helpful if there was a another way to access it and see how much i have left after my bills and rent are paid! 😡
Third time I had to uninstall and start over due to some error. Fingerprint password didn't work randomly. Typing in username password doesn't work.
keep getting an unexpected error. tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times never fixed it.
I've always enjoyed the app. never had any issues. I like the layout of it too. Straightforward and works. Good enough for me.
It keep telling me im offline or my password is incorrect. So I don't have the quick access to my account you would think
the app is not user friendly for regular operations. could not also find online check deposit on main page.
Doesn't support fingerprint login and does not allow make transfer to external account through the app
It keeps blocking me when I go into the mobile app. It just started doing this about a month and a half ago.
its a great app for me because it gives me an opportunity to keep an eye on my finances !
works okay just wished it would tell me my balance right after a purchase rather than updating my balance after about a day

doesn't let me create my own account although it is a joint account with my sister and it is not allowing her to access her account either.

good for banking and deposit from home or on the road.
I had to log in on the website and redo somethings in the mobile settings cause they didn't take the first time. Customer service walked me through it and, were friendly, understanding, and a really big help.
Keep getting error and the app will not open.
PRETTY USELESS. Can only see my last five transactions? I was away from home in a situation this morning where I noticed the amount my car insurance company said they automatically withdrew two weeks ago and the amount recorded in my checkbook were different. When I tried to look up the bank transaction using this awful app I discovered that it only shows my last 5 account transactions with apparently no way to display more. USELESS for anything other than seeing current acct balance!!!
