The app is good and easy and the ladies at the bank are the bedt but,,,,, The code over and over is getting very old very fast... allow me to opt out of it or install an option that will recognize my different phone number I call from to check my accounts.. 1 number is no good. Me wife and kids so 4 or 5 saved number is needed
I'm not sure what all the whining is about; it does a good job. I've never had a problem. I think a lot of the problems stem from user ignorance. There is one review from 4/2022 that is upset that it won't work correctly with Android 8. Seriously? 8? It's 2022 for God's sake! Of course, there are going to be security issues. I'm surprised it even loads! Oh well, like I said, it's a good app. Great for checking balances, making transfers, depositing checks, and paying bills.
It used to be great. Check my balance with no log in. But then it says it needs to update, but the update is not compatible with my phone. But I can skip the update and it works. Great! But then it says I have to update with no skip option. This renders it useless space on my phone and need to use the web and do a full login. Thanks for nothing. Garbage.
Crashing 4 or 5 times before it will actually open since the last update
Having an awful time with this app! Install and it loads then won't open. Uninstall the reinstalled several times and STILL won't open. Just had my phone checked, and it's not a phone problem. So frustrating!!
App used to work fine with USB debugging enabled now it won't even open for more then a few seconds and claims its a security issue to open the app with USB debugging enabled. Makes no sense when all my other financial apps work fine with it on. Pain to have to turn USB debugging off just to check my balance.
My relationship with this app is becoming real hate love. The UI is kinda blocky but everything works most the time. However that sometimes where it doesn't work can be a pain to fix. It's convienent, no reason not to have it. However do be prepared to get frustrated.
The app keeps crashing and on several occasions keeps making me change my password, or says it is down.....I sometimes go days without being able to see my funds. Seems like it keeps getting worse and worse.
8/22/19 check deposit has issues ... and still has issues. Says its not able to deposit because it can't read the photos. I've attempted a dozen times, closing the app, removing my phone case cleaning the camera lens etc to no avail.
I'm having trouble with the app opening for United Bank of Michigan. In addition my Northpointe Bank also has an app that will not open. Is it a banking issue? This started probably three or four weeks ago. I miss being able to check my banking information with both United and Northpointe.
It was good when it first launched...and it only gets better! Super easy to use. If I ever were to have any issues, their customer service is wonderful. I love United Bank and this product is no exception!
Personally, it would be so much better if you could set up & pay your bills within the app. I really enjoy that feature on my other banking app.
Before the update this app worked to my satisfaction, now my Samsung phone won't open this app., I contacted a tech, android phones need special attention, from Shara. Now the mobile app works every time. Great job Shara. Now you get 5 🌟 ⭐ 🌟 ⭐ 🌟 STARS
Works much better than old...only one thing..when U view mobil deposit app. The balance should be in the blue box ..and the amount that you would deposit should be in the white area ...otherwise love it
Crashes frequently. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Now it won't even open. This app, all by itself, will force me to find a new bank 😡😡
This app is getting worse and worse!!!!! Can never get in it, always crashes im sure ill be switching banks VERY soon!
I have not been able to access this mobile app from my Samsung galaxy A10 e this month, has something changed because I can't afford to buy a new phone every time this app is updated.
Wont save pword on device, wont allow me to specify principal only on internal transfer, seems a little sluggish compared to website.
Most of the time the app doesn't open. Uninstal the app and then install it again. Still nothing.
Really easy to use. I like using the app more than going to their website, because it's faster and simpler. All around great app
Does not work tried resetting many times still nothing. I'm becoming quite disappointed with United bank. I don't think I would recommend to anyone

Used to love it but now wont work for anyone from the sounds of it.. Please fix wont even open
Attempting to use this on my android 8.0 device results in: "This app's security policy prevents the use of android debug bridge". This error persists with USB debugging/developer options *disabled*. Even with a reboot/clear cache etc. Not only is USB debugging not a real security concern - especially when not actually plugged into a USB cable, the implementation of how this is detected is flawed: It decides that USB debugging is enabled ->when it is not enabled<-. This renders the app unable to be used.
