The United Center app doesn't work. Won't show my tickets. Says it hasn't been refreshed, I hit retry, only thing it shows is White Sox tickets from before COVID. It's a waste and can't use for any concerts, Bulls games or Blackhawk games
there is nothing convenient about this. i miss my printed ticket and resent having to spend so much time trying to get this method to work
Can't even use the app. Says I'm suspended and cannot access the app. I just wanted to check parking...
Very disappointed this app now wants access to all my personal information. It was an extremely helpful app prior.

Love the update. Still wish you could view the calendar of events like a real calendar. But besides that it's great!
Keeps saying all my cards are expired even though they don't for several years.
Bug in the credit card entry. Kept told me my card was expired even when I was selecting 2017.

Great filters to look for what you want. Easy to use, too.
I haven't had a chance to try the in-arena functions yet, but they look cool. However, the fonts are microscopic and need to be adjustable. Also, it should default to the team that's playing today. You should also be able to pick, like if you don't like hockey, just show the Bulls. I would have put this in the feedback section of the app, but it didn't work.

There was no option to upgrade seats available, the search functionality is poor and the mobile food ordering and payment system is nowhere to be found
Lets me keep up with the Bulls AND Blackhawks - totally sick.
The best arena in all of sports.
App works great. The only issue I have noticed is that the button to add the ticket to Google Pay has not been updated to the new Gpay App so it's not possible to add the tickets to your Google Wallet.
