I dont care about your stupid online card I would prefer a real card so I dont have to be rejected when I try to look at my benefits!!! I am paying for something I have no access too!! and on top of that I can never get a real person on the phone to help me....i may change my opinion later but i despise this app and website at this very moment. I've reset my password multiple times. They give you little information and no troubleshooting.
Completely useless. Doesn't explain benefits. Impossible to find any helpful information. And, as usual, does every effort to keep you from trying to find a true customer service number where you can speak to someone. If I could give it a zero, I would.
Keying in birthday is not easy. You have to actually go back calender year by year to find your birthday. There is no keypad you can use to just key in your birthday. This is frustrating and not a good app.
When u forget your password u must use your date of birth to verify who u are. There is no way to input the numbers. You must tab back to month date and year. I was born in 1968...that was a lot of tabbing. Not client friendly.
Calendar control in app defaults to current mm dd yyyy. Does not allow direct input for year. Forced to go back from 2022 to my birthday. This really needs corrected.
Can this application be MORE glitchy? I am out of words, not once when I tried to log in it worked with the fingerprint; searching reveals no results and it randomly shuts down.
Many dentists ask for a phone number to contact for billing. I find it interesting that that information is not included on the virtual ID Card. Navigating the app to try and find that information is very difficult.
Need update to date of birth field so we can pick the month, date, and year separate. Should not have to scroll back to January 1945, going through every month and year, horrible.
I can't even sign in this app! Everytime I try it say wrong username and password! But you have to leave the app to sign in! Worst app ever. Will be removing it!
Crashes continually. UI choices are obnoxious. Use the website if you can.
Frustrating, can't find what I need. Not user friendly. 800 number no better. Had to force it to contact representative.

Mobile app does not provide the selection of Group when finding a dentist. Need to sign in and do it via website instead.

Consistently "unavailable". No way to bookmark a dentist when searching for a new provider.
Unable to recover password because the Birth Year function needs you to scroll monthly back to your birth year then doesn't save to request form. **Resolved birth year input by tapping the year above and to left of day/month shown.
Excellent app easy to understand and use gives you access to dentist near you and information is updated
I'm a Marine reservist and I'm trying to register to log in. I cant seem to get any of my ID #s or my SSN to work. I'll be GLAD to give this app 5 stars if someone from UC dental can help me out with this! (I sent an email request for help too).

Cannot "search by name" for dentists - there's a line for it, but can't type anything on it.
There is no way to update your address through the app. Poor design

Only allows limited eobs to view, does not allow you to look at older claims that were processed but mat be within the same year
App and website provide excellent information about claims and services provided. Unable to determine actual dollar amounts for allowances and patient payments for a specific anticipated procedure. ie D3331. Must rely on dentist treatment plan.
Great app, easy to use!
I'm not usually the type that gives bad reviews but when I do it is for a good reason. This app and it's associated website. Registration must be done on the browser which is okay BUT it was a horrible experience selecting my date of birth. I had no option to freely enter my date of birth or select my year of birth from calendar they use, so I had to tab 411 times to reach my month, day and year of birth from today. Imagine if you were born in 1960, that would be worst.
