All and all I think it's pretty good. I do wish you could do more on the app like,bill pay, opening accounts, seeing all transactions in real time without being forced to sign in several times to do so.

Great! I had to stop using it when I got my S22 but they fixed the problem so I'm a happy customer again!

It's not working with my s22 ultra but worked with the s20 ultra not sure if it needs an update or what but I've uninstalled and reinstalled and all still hasn't fixed it. It doesn't load the login screen at all

Very user friendly and full of options. I love the credit score updates. Depositing a check with a photo is grand. I very often use internal transfers. No more inconvenient trips to the bank for every transaction. We live in a world that demands instant info and UCB is on top of that!!!!

No issues with the app. It's been very helpful in keeping track of small purchases throughout the week, and it's nice to be able to deposit checks remotely.

Seems like there is always a problem with this app. Whenever I call to get help the folks in the IT department won't answer the phone. I'm about ready to switch banks.

This app is absolutely useless. It throws an error anytime you check anything other than your balance, and that's if your able to log in. The check deposit system has never worked, and always suggests to call when on the final step. I just use the bank's site through my browser. It's more reliable than the app.

App will not open on galaxy s22 phones. Edit: finally updated for s22 ultra. Works great after update

Needs to be updated to run on newer android phones. App will not open on Samsung S22.

They have fixed the app for android and added fingerprint login thank you so much. I have changed my 1 star back to 4 stars.

Besides the occasional crashing of the app I've always had a great experience. I like that I can access all my accounts, deposit checks, and pay on my loan!

I use to love this app, it was great. Now it crashes before I can even get it to open. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled several times and it still will not open. It crashes immediately. I would love to give 5 stars again. I hope it's fixed soon.

I have tried to use this app for yrs and was never succesful until a couple of months ago. Before that the app would always crash before launch. Now i can finally use it,it did crash the first couple times i tried to transfer. Today is the first time i have used the app and it didnt crash.

This app is so bad I'm seriously considering switching banks. They're constantly updating and if they aren't they claim you don't know your own login and won't let you access it. It's extremely rare to be able to access the app after business hours. If I wanted my balance during business hours I'd call the bank, except that your tellers ALWAYS seem to claim I "don't sound like" myself. I've been using this bank for 10 years and this app for 3. Both are getting progressively worse.

Doesn't work with Samsung S22 Ultra and before that I never have found the app reliable.

App is useful when u can log on. I experience a lot of unable to verify your info messages when tying to log in. They seem to be getting more frequent. Other than that it's ok.

Worked great with my S21 ultra. Now I have the s22 ultra and it won't work at all

Simple and easy to use. Convenient and helpful way to bank.

Will not open.it automatically closes when i try to open it

The convenience is great, but it crashes periodically and won't open, and I have to Uninstaller it and then reinstall it to get it to work.

My version needed updating... Now I have nothing. White screen only. Was great but not now

Used to work but it's just been crashing. Even after Uninstalling and reinstalling + reseting cache and data.

The app keeps closing out before it leaves the open white screen. Will not open. No codes given or reason for closing.
