I am not able to sign into the app. I can a desktop computer, through the actual website on my phone but not the app. This is rather frustrating. I've Uninstalled and re installed no difference. Why have an app if it's trash?

New version is "built from the ground up," UDF says, but in doing so the app doesn't keep your login. Open in the app at the register and you'll have to log in again. There also seems to be fewer features, such as a map for viewing stores, price lock, and other coupons. A rebuild should improve on the user experience, but this is the opposite.

Like the saying goes, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it", because this app used to work very well...Until sometime late last year, when there was an update or something. I haven't been able to get my Wednesday freebies anymore because I get stuck in a vicious cycle of trying to sign in, even after updating my password, deleting & re-adding the app, etc. Because of this & the environment at my closest UDF going to hell in a handbasket, I'm deleting the app & will take my business elsewhere. 👎

Would give 0 or negative stars, worst app I've used for a store. It worked for me the first time I had used it, now it won't load or connect to the server at all, not on wifi or, more importantly, mobile data. and you need the mobile data connection because the coupons are only available for a few minutes after you accept them. All this is really dissappointing because i just started working for UDF.

App crashes whenever you try to add/use your udrive card...which is entirely the point of the app.

App will not open any more. It just hangs on the splash screen. After trying multiple times, I finally got to a login screen, but my password would not work. Not sure what they did to the app or why they did it, but congratulations on turning a decent app into garbage. Uninstall.

App seems to get worse over time. I get notifications. Then if I click on them it says my messages are empty. My home screen is just a bunch of discounts from other business which I find weird. The app is not functional and it's difficult to get anything out of it.

sketchy app. asked for way too much personal info and when i checked to see what they use it all for, the terms and conditions was blank (up yours, lindner). so i filled it in with made up info except my po box but all for naught because in the end i couldn't register because it kept telling me my password was less than 8 characters no matter how long i made it.

Grand opening prices were not honored!! I was told that they postponed all grand opening sales until further notice but no one knows when that is.

Just a vehicle for ads on your phone. If you turn off "notifications" it will prompt you to turn them on every single time you open the app.

In the end of October and the beginning of November I made several purchases that I never received credit for. The app no longer shows my activity nor does it update quickly I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app trying to get it to work properly but it still doesn't show the activity

All of the sudden the option to manage the card is gone. It just keeps having me login over and over. Was a great app until this. Tried uninstalling, also cleared cache and data. Still won't work.

I love the app and UDF on Tussing Rd. Although. I have gone to other stores and everyone has been helpful and polite. The app is helpful and I have no problems with it not working. Thank you UDF and thanks to the store on Tussing Rd. Their staff is awesome and was the ones who got me to sign up for U-Drive. I have really saved on gas and I live the UDF ice cream 🍦 😋

The app will not even open for me. Worked fine last week. Now it's just stuck on the main title screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck. Had to delete since I can't do anything with it. Oh well...

The app is hard to navigate, especially when you are on your car trying to find the gas prices. The old app was easy to navigate and user friendly. BTW for those who are giving positive reviews to the store, the reviews are be for the app itself not the store.

Doesn't let me sign in. I can only sign in through the website. App is worthless.

I'm addicted to collecting as many fuel points I can, it's nice because my local udf is only 5 mins up the rd from me so I go in all the time & collect as many as I can. Having the app is so nice because wherever I'm at all I have to do is click on the app & it shows my fuel points right there ontop & it's also got all the deals that they are having that day, it also shows my freebies & many more things on it 😃✌ this app is great I definitely recommend it if u go to udf often then it's worth it

Generally very good. I like the alerts about rising gas prices and Wednesday freebies, but it gets stuck on the logo screen periodically and that's frustrating.
