Love doing deposits remotely but this app is so slow. I often think it would take less time to fill out a deposit slip and mail the deposits. I don't like having the app automatically take the picture. It doesn't give me time to correctly position my phone.
user friendly mostly. Mobile check deposit feature is good to have, though it can be sensitive at times. Wish app allowed you to edit your expenditures for ease of searching or tracking.
12-18-21, Getting more dependable! It's more sure these days... 5-9-2020 Sometimes it doesn't accept the photo and I have to do it again. But that is technology -- patience....
Awful functionality. It won't work with a VPN, I can't pay a UECU issued credit card with it (W T F). I get it you're small bc good grief make this app work.Your app is 2014 style and is competing with... nothing bc everything else is better.
Admittedly, this is my first time using online banking but I find the reliability, ease of use (layout/accessibility), and tools/services offered to be excellent.
I live in the outstate area, no/limited access to branch locations. This app gives me access to all services, and simple deposits!
After two days of repeatedly trying to pay this bill and getting 'can't do this now, try again later' and 'sorry, we're having difficulties,' the system finally paid the bill, I hope🤕
I enjoy tracking and making transfers when needed without having to go to the bank.
The check deposit photos are terrible compared to other credit unions. Poor functionality of outside transfers.
Easy to use! Prefer online banking and bill pay and have never had an issue.
This has a very clear layout and even has a direct link to the website version if you want.

Difficult to log in on several occasions.
App is just ok. it cant remember more than one account login. E.g. if you tell it to remember your personal login, you cant then log into a business account without telling it to forget the other one. Would be nice to be able to pick one. Mobile check deposit feature is improved but is clueless about money orders even moreso than ATM is though you can force either with persistence, more of a pain in the app. Navigation among features still needs a lot of work.
