The worst App I have seen in recent times. It is showing "Connection timeout" whenever I try to proceed after putting my A/C No. and Mobile No. After trying for 5 times, I was so disgusted ..... uninstalled and reinstalled .... but again the same scenario. However, my Wi-Fi Connection is extremely good. What the hell you people are doing ? Should I type in the speed of light ? Nonsense !!

Utterly useless App, as it does not open in 90% of the attempts, if not more. 'Request timed out' is the message we are familiar with now. Dear Developers, please improve, or scrap it. Nevertheless, I rated little more than the minimum, because the internal design layout is really nice. However, what's the use if we could not open it!!!

This app is good to see details as you can see in the passbook but the worst part of this app is it never connects easily after entering password. Developers went to sleep after making this app. It always says "Connection Time out" or " Network unavailable" . Rated two star because most of the time the app don't let me get logged in to view the passbook info.

Respected developer, recently I can't access this app as it constantly showing either data synchronization error or time out. It was not good in the past either but it is worst now as I can't even access after more than 3-4 days of constant trying and also I tried the other options like forget password or change the mpin etc. I think you will fix this as we are facing a severe problem. I hope you will understand me!

Worst Passbook app out there, in the entire Indian banking industry. Almost 90% of the time, there is a connection time out. It becomes extremely frustrating and extremely irritating everytime the same thing happens. Please look at ways of improving the app, as soon as possible.

Most of the Time it won't open. The servers are always down, but if you are lucky enough you'll be granted access. But overall Interface of the App is really good and very detailed, also you can keep notes to your "transactions". I would have given 5 star if the servers worked properly.

It keeps on saying error, time out, please try after some time, never logs in, had to try 20 times before a single login. No updates and bug fixes from developer, in this era of digital India, you guys are forcing your customers to go and print passbooks and do all the unnecessary paper work. Really bad support and development teams you have.

Now a days the app is performing good. I am using this app from last 6 months. The very often 'network unavailable' message irritated me a lot. But now this message is showing vary rarely. And I can see my updated passbook all the time. Even I can see the all the transactions made in all the accounts attached with this same cuatomer id. The app is performing good

This app is not upto the mark. Whenever I tried to log in, it showed the message "connection time out, try again later". To get out of this problem I uninstalled the app and upon reinstalling when I put my account no. and registered mobile no. for registration, the message shows "Error - connection time out" or "error in data sync". How can I see my bank pass book during this lockdown period when the branch is not accepting the pass book for physical updation ?

During this lockdown period where many are unable to go out, people are highly dependant upon online transactions. The app worked fine a few weeks ago but now it just refuses to let me access my accounts. Always showing Connection timed out. How is this even useful if I can't even get into the app.

The worst app ever from UBI. I've been using this app since last year still then I faced problems after problems. Several times I uninstalled it then reinstalled it. Sometimes it shows "connection time out" and other times it crashed. Now it shows "errors in data synchronization". I don't understand why such important national bank upon whom several govt projects and payment system are depended can be so irresponsible. But I've nothing but to use this app as my brunch has no staff to update my passbook.

Poorest Banking app, I ever seen. I was able to open first and last time at the day of installation which is almost 10 days back. Since then when ever I am trying to open it , it shows "time out" or something like that. What's the utility to keep this type of app which couldn't be accessed properly. This is my request to the developer to make the application properly updated and user friendly for customers or remove it.

The worst banking app any company could have. The account number and the mobile number cannot be linked and the cause shown is that 'due to maintenance work'! If this happens then what is the cause there keeping this app in the play store. This banking app should be helpful for the customer to get information instantly anytime anywhere, but if the app shows this kind of notification then what the hell is it doing!!!

I have been using this app for the last 6 years but recently had very bad experience. The app isn't user friendly now. I uninstalled it & after reinstalled when I put my id & regd mobile no it shows 'error- connection timeout, please try after sometime.' What the hell is ? I hv been trying to access for the last 5/6 days. Developer needs to see the matter for better experience. Thanks

I love the app when it opens but the problem is that it can't be opened like any other apps. It keep saying 'connection timed out' or 'error in data synchronization'. Please fix this issue and i will show my support and loyalty in any possible way. Thank you.

I think the app is developed by very very novice developers. Most of the time connections timeout. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now it's giving me device access error when I typed my account number and mobile number and clicked proceed. Now it's showing connection timeout each time. Don't know why banks outsource development work to such companies who doesn't test app properly.

After installation, worked very well. But, on trying the "forgot password" option, was hugely dissappointed to see error message "connection timed out. Try again later". This message kept popping up ever after trying multiple times. Finally uninstalled the app.

Nice app for accessing all UBI accounts under one platform. Login issue ( which is the only problem with this app) faced by many, including myself. This may be caused by storage cleaning app running in the background or manually running such app, which cleares the apps cached data. If so, please make necessary improvements in order to remove the Login issue. Thanks.

This is one of the worst app i have ever came across. It takes more than 5-10 minutes to just open and most of the time it does not open at all. It creates a lot of difficulty to do check my transactions. Kindly provide with an update so that your app starts working well.

Really? This is an app? First of all the bank's customer service is garbage. They don't know how to operate a banking business and their app is garbage as well. Error in data synchronisation! Error: Connection time out! I mean really? They don't even bother to fix this app! And they are not even updating passbook on branches! What are the customers supposed to do?

Most of the time it doesn't work. When enquire in bank, they say coz of updation it stopped working. This is the first banking app which doesn't work at the time of updation. Now a new error "unspecified error" is appearing every time I try to login. Even email send to developer. Still no progress on it.

It takes more than 5-10 mins time to open an account, sometimes it is opened sometimes it does not open. Most of the time this error message shows - "Connection timeout, please try after some time." Which is very annoying. Now a new error message is displayed : Device Access Error. Tried to open account after 4-8 hours/next day, but same problem occurs. Please fix the errors faster & make it smooth for users.

This is the Worst app ever. 95% it shows either Network error or User Data Sync. error while Login. If you make an app then first make it reliable robust & 24/7 service and you fail in all of that. Also it Doesn't show PPF account in the Passbook Tab. Add this type Passbook. If You make an ePassbook App or mBank App then Firstly check it's reliability, then launch it. I wonder how this app gets certified! It should be failed in Alpha Test. Please Fix the Login issue.

very difficult to see account transaction details because of error "connection timeout please try after sometime". App does not open when I have working device with smooth internet connection. Very disappointed by UBI service. From few weeks unable to login. Can you tell me one thing that why you have developed this app when people are unable to use this app.

Please maintain the app server on a regular basis. Most of the time the server is not available . I am not able to login into the app from last few days. I am getting connection timed out error each and every time i try to login. It will be great if you deliver the service to the customers , instead of using customer centric taglines.

Experience is not good. App doesn't open in the login page. The same message 'Error.. Connection Timeout. Please try later' keeps popping. I have been trying every day since the last four days; not once did the app open. Please help.

I am trying to login to my account from 2months. But the same problem occurs all the time "error in data synchronization". My app is updated to letest version but there is no solution. Worst epassbook service ever.
