United Fidelity Bank Mobile

App is always down. Still a useless app in 2022. It gets 1 star because you can't do no stars.

Sucky app. Half the time says maintenance. Now it says no internet when I clearly have internet since I'm posting here.

it's OK but needs more features. if you make orbreceive a transfer you are not able to view history. You can't view your statement on line. Just 2 things you can't do.

So I'm supposed be able to use Zelle through the app. Can't see how it's possible

It was easy.. Simple to deposit only thing, but I needed to ask a representative on how to do it, so I would have been nice to see an example for the deposit check area.. Overall I loved it..

Works really well. Makes banking functions simple. There are occasionally issues with the app being down but i believe that's just from routine maintenance.

Mobile banking is so easy in the United Fidelity Bank app. Transferring money instantly between accounts protects me from having to keep more than necessary in checking and mobile deposits are so easy!

with everything that's going on in the world today with theft and fraud I was hesitant, but I decided to get the app which have made things so easy for me and my schedule, no more bank drive thru or going to the ATM to check my balances or waiting on bank statements.

Easy and rapid. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you to the developer and United Fidelity for such great client care!

Lots of bugs, it's down a lot and the fingerprint option only works part time!

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice now. I continue getting an error stating that I need to call customer service. This is unacceptable.

After this update it only gives the error this app does not run on rooted or jailbroken devices. My device is not rooted or jailbroken

App worked great for about a month then suddenly crashed every single attempt after that.

doesn't load half the time gets stuck on start up screen, other then that works good.

It won't let me open the app , every time I clicked on it , it kicks me straight off

Smooth. fast. just what I needed. made depositing checks from a distance possible.

All the sudden stopped working on my phone after my phone updated, doesn't open anymore.

Easy to use , love the check deposit function and all the alerts options!

Its not opening and when it does the screen doesnt work it wont let me log in.

Great app, but for the past month or so, I can't even open it, as soon as I try it says it isn't responding

Can not use the mobile app. It downloads but will not open

So easy, and fast! So glad I didn't have to leave home to do my banking!
