Worked fine until a few days ago. Now says userpass lockout. Reinstalling did not work. Very frusterating when you want to check balances or even transfer money.
i can no longer log into my account on my phone. i called them and the lady said she was going to email troubleshooting well that hasn't happened. i have to go to a desktop to get into my account instead of on my phone which is much more convenient
There is always something wring with this ap especially when i need it the most. its the most annoying feeling when you cant see where and how much money is coming or going. terrible AP!!
Literally had no choice but to buy another phone today and now I can't use my same password to check my account? total BS..I was told long time ago to switch credit unions,been with place for years and they won't let me take out a small loan to work on my credit
Will never let me log in. Always says general error. I have deleted it and reinstalled a couple times
was great until my phone recently updated now it says service temporarily unavailable. needs update again.
Cant log in anymore unless they fix the app I may switch to another bank with easier online banking
Constantly saying no response so I can never really check my account, honesty terrible app and company.

Works well most of the time. Mobile deposit is convenient.
The mobile deposit it the most frustrating thing ever. The image is always "too light" needs to be improved it take me a couple days of trying before it gets a not "too light" picture.
Mobile deposit seems to be broken by Oreo update maybe. I can not select which account to deposit into.
This app doesn't appear to allow you to login after business hours. Past week I haven't been able to connect unless its during business hours.
Always down and locking me out. Pointless if I cant use it when I need it most
The previous version was great, the new one is fantastic! Its like having a mobile teller with you 24/7. Installs quickly and easily, very intuitive. Has a lot of useful and productive functions. Thanks UFCU, you nailed it.
Another great credit union! I have always had great service and with everything they offer, their website is very user-friendly! If they weren't, I would never have remained a member for twenty(20)+ years! I do wish that they would expand to the southern Saginaw or northern Genesee counties area! I do know of other members who live in the area and would enjoy a site in the area also!
