I used to love this app. Worked well in keeping me up to date with med refills and whatnot. However, in the last month or 2 its been glitch after glitch. Its irritating not knowing if meds are ready or not. I get that calling the store would be better but i have a hearing disability and prefer doing everything digital. Ugh! Please fix this app!! It needs an overhaul!!

EVERY other time I try to use this app I am unable to log-in. Unable to change the password, even though I am following the requirements. I work at an Albertsons and this disheartening, embarrassing, and most of all frustrating af.

This app is terrible...there's no way to get back in if you have set up an account and forgotten your password...you either have to know exactly your user name or your password. It will not just go to your email to let you reset your password so I cannot use the app because I can't get into my account. Very frustrating.

The app is way difficult to navigate, period.. I've ordered refills, the Pharmacy never received requests. I've requested medications to be transferred from other pharmacies, the Pharmacy never received request. Can't even check status on my medications or receive notifications that there even ready. There has to be a better user friendly way to this app.

App doesn't work. Can't create an account, and when one is created on a computer, you can't sign in using the new user/password just created. Totally useless app

Terrible functions, logs you out for no reason sometimes immediately after logging in. It's not always clear if the Rx is received and in process and you have to open each Rx to see the cost.

Needs to stay logged in longer, I hate that you have to keep logging in to be able to look at anything and can't save log in info. Really needs work done on it.

QR scanner isn't working anymore and I have to type in the RX number instead. Please fix.

Works fine once it loads but it takes forever to load. I wonder if there is a version for Kindle??

Needs bettee pick up times and not just filled status and not done when to go pick it up

this app is not worth installing if you use it to order your medicine you still need to call you're you're not at Pharmacy to make sure they get the prescription I have had to do this several times because the pharmacy does not receive your prescription from the United Pharmacy app so it is better so just call the pharmacy and order the medicine to begin with

You should be able to track the status of your prescription, and be able to choose whether you want to pickup or have your prescription delivered on the app.

Cotton-pickin app tells me rx is "filled" but go to pharmacy and they tell me will be another day. App last updated a year and 1/2 ago? seriously? figures, united can't even keep diet mtn. dew bottles in stock.

The app is useless. Why do you even have an app? Every time I have tried to use the app to refill, it doesn't work. Can't scan a prescription to refill it. It says to enter the prescription number. Then to verify the number. Then says that automated refill is not available so you have to call the store. The store never asks for the Rx number. They ask for your date of birth and name and the name of the Rx. I'm getting my prescriptions transferred back to Walgreens. With Walgreens you scan the Rx number and done. They text you when it's ready. With United I just show up and hope it's ready. What a stupid system.

Makes refills easier but would be nice if could transfer prescriptions from one store to another for convenience sake. Also would be nice if it had an auto reminder to ask if you would like a refill when it it time where you could just ask. Or scan and go. Just some thought to make this ap really stand out

The app will not let me sign up because it will not let me type in my zip code. It also prevents me from moving forward without a zip code. 😕 a complete waste of my time.

This is a much easier way to refill rxs than through the phone! Will never call again!

Needs to list meds so you know when to refill so it can notify you if you forget

Useful and makes the process easier. It's not perfect but it helps.
