Our United Medical Doctors App is designed to enhance communication and allow our patients to become active participants in their healthcare. Our App will allow you to:
1. Fill out medical history, list medications and sign forms prior to appointments. All done on a phone or tablet in a HIPAA secure environment.
2. Schedule appointments.

Very poor written won't go from page to page. If you have patience to repeat first several pages and get to appt page you can't get an appointment it will accept

Broken app. None of the pages load. The actual website also keeps crashing. If the dev reads this, don't you dare blame my device either.

It does not work
App does not work. I log in but every section is blank besides my name on top and section to schedule an appointment. Under appointment nothing comes up even though I have an appointment. Settings same thing nothing comes up. It is useless.
