Unable to login on the app since the most recent update. Can still login via web browser so it's definitely an issue with the app. Please fix.
Have to keep deleting and redownloading the app each time I want to login to my account. After the first login and setup, it just spins. Please fix!
Constantly won't let me login, I finally went to the office and had them reset it today and got one login that's it. Back to login failed..
Lately I keep having to uninstall and install again to get it to work. That is not an okay option. Not impressed with the app, especially since the update.

The app is decent. It doesn't have a lot of features, but it is easy to navigate. My main concern is that pending debits are not listed. It can become difficult to truly gauge the available balance, wondering what is pending so far and what is not yet. It basically necessitates keeping a paper balance of debits, which negates the need for the app. I would love to see this changed in the near future.
App worked fine till last update now I can't even log in. Quot messing with stuff that works.
Terrible app, always locking me out of my account. You would think united credit union could do better
The update is terrible. I've unistalled it several times only to download it again for it to literally work one time to log in and after that I keep getting some error. It's honestly not worth the time for this. So now I keep the website link on my phones home screen and check my account that way.. FIX IT OR GO BACK TO THE OLD ONE!!!
Can not log in to the app since it updated. I finally was able to log on to the computer.

Downloaded the app and as of yet haven't been able to login at all. Keep getting the pop up of "this app was made for an older version of Android and may not work". Well they certainly didn't lie about that. Love the Credit Union but the app is about as useful as an elevator in an outhouse!
The bank refuses to update the app and it no longer works with current technology. Currently running the most current Android software, and their IT department assured me that they update the app once a year, however this page says the app hasn't been updated since 2016. Was previously 3 stars, wish I could give 0 stars.

It will work maybe 20% of the time . Have to Uninstall it than reinstall it . The first app was a hundred hundred times better it always worked never had any problems
Gets worse every time I log in slow loading from page to page. Now it is down through the app and website can't log in most if the time. The app is very basic and very slow to update your transactions. Probably the worst banking app I have ever used. Got even worse with the new update can't log in at all. App administrator clearly doesn't use the app at all.
