United Networks Wi-Fi

I COULD NOT despite numerous attempts get the app to accept a password even though I was using enough letters, numbers, special symbols etc, it wouldnt even accept a computer generated password of its own making. I wanted to use it for a free 5 day access provided by my travel insurer and was going to top it up to cover the remaining days of my holiday. As other reviewers have pointed out...useless! Deleted it.

Need to be able to view your account balance other wise you will have a zero balance without knowing. Tried topping up my credit and it hasn't registered. What the........ Emailed for help on numerous occasions NO reply. Phoned support services and spoke to a person there. He was going to ring me back in 5 minutes. NEVER did. What if I really needed data or phone??? Pretty useless app and will never use Global data or United Networks again. Too MANY issues

Of limited value.I have to connect to WiFi before I can use it. Also when the app detects a hot spot they are always out of range

Should probably be renamed to "Limited Networks App". I don't use the Wi-Fi service and need information on my United Network Global SIM particularly credit balance and data, which are exactly the information not found in the app ...

*sitting on plane, connected to United wifi* "Please wait." *waits several minutes for it to time out* "Something has gone wrong. Please try again or contact support." *leaves 'meh' review after trying five times*

As others have mentioned, unable to set password. Trash system

Poor never within range of hot spots. Cant see a link back to united networks site to buy sim credit. Who would have thought. Nobody it seems.

5 day pass 5 days in Berlin and not once did I ever find a WiFi hot-spot with this app. Total waste of time.

It tells me I've already got it downloaded, then it tells me my device is compatible with the App and then says it's not.

Don't get this Sim!! I couldn't even add data so it was completely useless.

Cannot find current account credit or a means to add to it on the app.

App keeps crashing after update even after re-installing.

Pointless - no suitable WiFi networks anywhere near

Very bad experience. I could not log on at all. I would advise everyone not to sign up with this company. I am putting 5 stars so my rating will not be dismissed.

Unable to get hotspots in london

Says I have internet but I don't

Work great in New York and Boston, Hong Kong and San Francisco look for AT&T and X-finity and time warner network

This app connected me seamlessly to One hotspot in the whole of Japan and Thailand! Don't bother with it it's a waste of $20

Needed help setting my device up so I used live chat to speak to the support team. They were nice and helpful and explained it can take a few minutes for the device to activate. Worked well in the U.S

Useless app for Seattle, WA. Connected me to hotspots, but hotspots required password log-ins. I regret paying $10 for the WiFi pass.

All this app does is buffer.

Biggest waste of my money. Downloaded pre flight like told. Made sure I had the most updated version as well as phone update. The app never worked kept giving error message. Hope you enjoyed my money United.. save your money and download movie to device before flying

Great app. Easy to use, I've been able to use the WiFi on multiple hotspots. Other reviewers clearly are technologically inept.
