Accurate and a lifesaver as a backup
Main parts of the app doesn't work. Leader board upload wasn't efficient, and NYRR / Strava has yet to fix issues I notified them on 3/28/2021. Not sure if future NYRR virtual races are worth paying for.
My names is missing from the runners pool! I was listed prior to the updates and now nothing. Not even my bib number shows! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

This app has everything you need to follow your friends and fam who are runnung around NYC on race day and there are tons of great deals to be had at places all over the city during the week leading up. Awesome!
This app doesn't provide the expected time for a runner for a specified point on the course - which is really the single piece of information you want to know as a spectator/supporter - leaving you to do complicated arithmetic in your head.

Great app. Loved it
I did my race on the first eligible day March 20 to fit my schedule and the weather. Many of the features of this app were not working until this upgrade 3 days later. So disappointing that the app was late for the race. No medal for you!
