App not opening. Just white screen for two days now. Please fix.

haven't used this app for some time. It has frequent system troubles, takes longer for main menu to load to sign in page. now I can't open the app without it closing out on itself.

It doesn't let me log in it's all white screen

It is Terrible there is always a problem with the app. I rely on mobile banking to be able to check my account but it only works sometimes. It is to the point I want to switch banks.

I had been putting off update until there was room in my phone. It's been decently reliable since I downloaded, but I finally updated it last night and now the app won't even open. Not even after I restarted my phone.

When it's working, it works great, but every time I'm stuck at home, all of a sudden the app crashes so that I can't use mobile deposit when I really need it. Highly disappointed.

I have never had a single issue with this app and that has been a huge relief, know that I can ALWAYS access my account, morning or night, without a hitch. Thank you!!

Works good, easy to use. I would like it to send me notifications any time a transaction occurs.

Says "Loading Terms and Conditions" after putting in credentials then it closes. I've never been able to use it.

I don't know if there has been an update recently, but I haven't been able to open up the app for the last month. It's really frustrating

Not very detailed & nothing like they say it is to sign up for estatments for a free checking account it says click the profile button in upper right corner & there isn't even a profile button to click Smh

Now the App wont Update. Why update at all? It's a banking app that worked just leave it alone

Very easy to use. And staff are helpful if you have any questions. Give them a call.

Locks you out of your account very regularly and unable to reset password without calling United Prairie.

Doesnt work..... Been almost a year, they have updated. Still will not work!

works decent for a banking app. all the required features are there.

Everything works great. Employees were very helpful and showed me how to use the app.
