This is a great app. There are some drivers that will have issues with any and everything that the company tries to do to make delivering units simple. Problems like app freezing up could be your phone provider. Getting a tablet could make things a lot smoother. Sprint, AT&T and others companies are giving them away with a 2 year commitment for $15.00 a month. Great app.
When it works, it works well, the inspection is easy and saves time...WHEN it works. Most of the time though, it doesn't pull up the load no matter what operating system my drivers use. It has become a pain to have to get in touch with support every other order that comes in.
It's nice to have an app instead of paperwork but my only issue is the marking up damages. There needs to be an option that lets you mark up the way super dispatch does. I'm fairly new to the car hauling business, I don't know the technical terms for all the parts of the outside of a vehicle, with that being said I find it very frustrating marking up vehicles damages on this app. It doesn't feel "smooth" like the super dispatch app does. I don't know if you guys are aware of how that app works but you simply press the parts of the picture and a drop down menu comes up with a simple list of damages. It's quick, easy to use, and it's all in lamest terms for me and for some customers who are in the same boat. If you guys could find a way to make marking up damages easier to use I would rate this 5.
App is great easy to use,no more writing out bills,connected to payroll,hotel list with numbers linked to maps,Would like to see field to update info on delivery screen when info is wrong would make it easier for all when all info needed is accurate. Great app .
4 stars because you cannot simply copy data from pre-load inspection to delivery inspection when you deliver the load. Other than that it's seamless & intuitive, much easier to use than other company's apps.
I have been using this app for about four years , and not had a problem with it at all... Save me alot of time, even with payroll... Before I downloaded the app my pay use to be mess up , Now I love it ... Just waiting on the raise now
I have many suggestions on improving this application so drivers will love it. Since company going mostly with day cabs the convenient search of hotels is very important. It's ok to contact me anytime so I can tell how this app look from driver side and what drivers would love to see in it.
The program works very well only had minor problems and when that comes up Marshall he can get them fixed or walk you thru what needs to be done!
I'm the best car hauler around. This app only makes me look that much better.
Great simple app to use. Time saver for sure well worth the money United road invested.
Can see tomorrows loads so I can see what I'm doing the next day. I can plan my trips.
This makes my job so much easier! Not sure why some drivers are having issues, but it's never been an issue for me. Great job thus far!

App works maybe 20 percent of the time and tech support is non existence better have paper BOL to get paid

this app does not update properly, it takes forever. and it stops in the middle of downloading everytime basically useless

Instead of the app moving forward its backing up next update u may need to get input from someone who uses the app!
This app is simple to use I don't know what the big deal is with these other drivers. My last company I work for we had to mail everything in, Sometimes you didn't make it before cut off, but here with Vtas you get your bills sign electronically and don't have to worry about mailing anything 2 corporate. It's really nice not to have papers to list your damages when you can do everything on the app quick.
