Since Jan. 1st, I've been unable to login approximately 27 times. Including today's fiasco as my son waits for money that I can't access. Swell. I found uninstalling the app and reinstalling it is faster than restarting my phone every time but I guess even that has lost its charm. So here I am, again, with another review of how terrible this app is. It's equivalent to a paperweight at this point, just taking up space as an icon on my screen. Cool 👍🏼
Not quite as functional as Bank of America app. cannot rename check on mobile app or online application. Had a little trouble depositing first check, had to take pictures twice. I have only been using this app for about 5 minutes at this point.
This app has not worked for a couple of weeks. U have reported it and no replies. And now that I went with this app I cannot longer sign in on the web page. 🤔
I have been banking for many years with this bank & online banking too but lately online banking is not letting me log in or change password or what ever I need to do.... I rely on this .... please! fix this app !
Neither the app nor the site on the web are working. Both customer service numbers are always busy.
Once again I can't log in to my account and I can't log in on a desktop computer either. I am so frustrated. This has happened way to many times. I am going to change banks

The app is terrible. The support is terrible. The in-store experience is terrible. This bank is terrible. I hate it! Closed account.
I enjoy banking with my local bank. This app is easy to use. I have never had a problem with it.
Customer service at local bank is really bad because of this i give the app a very bad review, also the cutomer service at the 1 800 number is also bad, you should be able to contact someone over the weekend, thinking of going to another bank
