In a Taxie you can drink. We need the NY laws everywhere. If you leave something, they have to turn it in. Don't ;rt automated replace drivers. I use Blacked out Lincolns in NY.
Ordered a Taxi via app - said it would be 15 minutes the time never changed had to call anyway to just be informed that the app doesn't always work. This is why Uber / Lyft have been able to ruin the taxi business which is a shame considering now that the pricing is comparable.
The app won't let me schedule a taxi for later or request a taxi for now. It keeps saying "check internet connection". My internet is fine it's the app.
excellent app for riding around Los angeles. taxi arrived in 5 min. very fast and easy.

Never showed up never called to say car wasn't coming. Even gave one hour advance notice missed important DR visit and they don't care.

I have downloaded this app on 2 phones a lg and galaxy s3 and the map is blank on both phones last year i had this app and it worked it showed a map and cars...whats wrong now

The app is a life saver. My father requires a wheelchair van, and the app is fast and easy. My complaint is that it wont stop requesting me to rate the driver. Even when I do rate them it sends me another request minutes later. For 2 weeks I can not get this to stop. I may just delete this app it is so annoying.
For the past three times this app was used, the taxi was never on time. I was kept waiting at least 15 minutes past the appointed time.
The only taxi company I came across that runs out of taxis around any area. They actually declined me service.
I use this app all the time. United taxi is great and this app makes it super easy to order a ride. If you in L.A. I highly recommend it.

I was a faithful user of Taximagic until it became mandatory to pay by card and pay the $2 fee that came with each time you paid by card. Then I found this wonderful app. I was a bit apprehensive bc of the poor review but then I noticed that there was ONLY one review. Within seconds of making the reservation I recieved a call letting me know that my ride would be there in 5 minutes and they were there in 5 minutes! I will definitely be recommending this app to friends!
I had this app before in my other phone, I then installed it in my new phone and tried it awhile ago, placed an order, then after 15mins. there was no reply and no cab arrived. Had to call them and wait for another 5 to 15mins. So what's the point of having this app if you still have to call them anyway???
Terrible experience. I would give it a -1 rating if I could. I should have known when it did NOT proceed through the entire setup process by offering payment options while STILL in the setup! Not only that, but this is the 1st time that I have EVER had my connection drop while attempting to register AND use the app, even after having used all available KISS troubleshooting techniques. Needless to say, I will not be using this app or United Taxi anytime soon. TG for Uber & Lyft .
