App is not working. I used to transfer amounts but now, when I open the app it pop up's the message finish onboarding process and it lead to add an account. I don't need to add any account but this app is stuck with the same thing. Back option not functioning, I closed the app several times still same message. Finally I uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same thing. I can't transfer the amount.

I think I had an amazing experience for the first two or three months from using this app. But then i started to have some problems while i was trying to recharge for my mobile saying that the transaction has been timed out. At the same time my balance got deducted but the problem is that i didn't get credited back with the mobile also not being recharged. For this iam not satisfied with the service of the UBI and for which this problem is very much needed to be looked into and be solved.

Im not able to login or reset password. It says 'your last transaction is not processed due to connectivity...'. Nothing happens. It keeps on verifying phone number After multiple emails, now I've been asked to goto the bank brach to register the phone number. This is supposed to happen while I download the app and register. I've not been given an answer why that's not happened. There's really sone problem with the app then. I've already mailed and updated the response above.

Unable to complete a transaction. Since two days I am getting a same error every time I try to complete the transaction. "Unable to make the payment due to connectivity problem. Please try after sometime or if the problem persists contact app provider". Not the exact words but similar to this... I am frustrated with this now.. I have tried 10 times but getting the same error again and again

The most super sensitive app that's it's useless to even download, so many conditions and after you do all that it asks you, simply fails to connect with the mobile number and send a verification message instead when our phone sleeps while waiting for the OtP its asks you to not move your phone or even touch it. Just deleted this pain from my phone.

APP IS UNDER corruption conspiracy I think Worst experience in installation. To find Date of birth have to click up to 100 times for particular date. And couldn't get the verification SMS (used two mobile numbers) for a long time. After that I have left the idea to install this app.

Very bad experience. It was running well but after updating I can't log in to my account. It shows "get started, then allow access" repeatedly. Finally I have uninstalled the app but even now behaves the same. Please fix my problem soon.

I was a PhonePe user, and it simply works great. But UBI now charges for transactions made using third party UPI apps. So tried to give this app a try, and the nightmare began. Registered my A/c, but can't create a virtul address. I repeatedly get a message that the transaction failed due to connectivity prob and i need to contact the app provider. If you can't put together a decent functional app, why do you charge people for preferring far better apps.

i am unable to register my bank account after i deregistered it. I am facing a lot of problems. They are charging 3rs on every upi transaction on third party apps, and there own application is not providing any good service. If it remains the same i will definitely close my account soon.

There is a problem occurs during transaction. Many time it shows again and again that "Transaction was not processed due to connectivity problems" during login and transactions and after putting the UPI PIN also, but there was no connectivity issues in my phone and this problem occurred after installing the latest update of BHIM United UPI where it is showing 2 other banks icon, before this no problem i had it ever. I already attached a screenshot for your reference to developer email id.

It seems they have abandoned this app. Like other users, I can confirm that after working fine for so long, it has recently suddenly started saying, "Please complete onboarding process" and then says, "Account does not exist". Useless. Uninstalling.

Sometimes notification doesn't come. Lots of time after successful payment and debit it shows failed transaction. Can't even you phone pe or paytm for upi as they charge ₹3 for every transaction. Forces you to use their own app but doesn't have the capability to maintain it.

It is a pathetic App. 1. After one failed transaction it does not allow to perform another transaction. 2. After reinstalling the App it fails to send sms to verify the phone number and instead shows a wrong error message that sim is not inserted properly and mobile data is not available.

Now the App is quite good but buggy as well. I entered my correct UPI pin but it rejected it too many times. Then I can't take screenshots of the payment being successful as I have to send it to the receiving party. I was able to take screenshots in many other UPI apps like Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, etc. Please push an update fixing all these issues.

My experience is so bad since updated of this app. Before it if transaction failed then automatically amount got refunded instant. But now I got panic during transaction if it failed then I have to wait for long time like 3-7 days to get back after lodging a complaint through online banking system... So please solve this problem and do needful..

I had been using this app for last 6 months, which was all good. I probably pressed some button wrongly, after that on login it take me to screen "Add an Account". The only choice offered is "United Bank of India" in which I don't have account. Following no other bank could be selected not even allow to return to previous screen 😀 Please advise if there is any to sort this deadlock

Can't fetch account details, can't get UPI pin length, these two messages are coming while syncing with account for checking balance or while doing transaction. If it doesn't serve the purpose for which its made, then add a toaster while app opens "THIS APP CAN"T DO ANYTHING, WE ARE NOVICE PROGRAMMER" Please test before publishing an app.

Very bad experience. I used this app for last 8 months. Suddenly it stop working. Nobody is there to look into the matter. I have read so many bad reviews against this app but none is there to respond for this. All are facing the same problem.

It was best UPI app untill the last update, which turned to be the wost ever app. The all banks acount in one app feature is no more. everytime i go for transaction of other bank account it shows white blank screen. They even removed the "register complain" option. Im trying to contact the Helpline but its not responding.

Badly written app When trying to use the app wants SIM to be in slot 1 only . I am like what the heck man. Is BHIM app trying to implement Vastu in mobile SIM card slot. Fix that restriction. Users can have their SIM card in any slots in phone they want trying to enforce is badly written requirement and app. God bless India, but not Indians. 🙏

This is the worst App. After registration, when trying to login says INCORRECT PIN. if I try to do reset, unable to receive OTP to validate. The support team asked to re-install but no use.There is no direct customer support number and only way to raise concern is through mail, whatever the issue is, the support team just replies unistall and install the app again.

Not working with my BSNL sim. SMS is sent every time but after it shows sms delivered the app says that sms not received and asks to send sms again and the same story repeats. hopeless app similar to the united banking application. Money is lost in sending sms and no result.
