United Wallet
The modalities and salient features of the united wallet are enumerated as under:
1. Registration Process: Customer (both UBI / non UBI customers) to insert their personal details like name, DOB, address, e-mail id, mobile number and set their own desired password ( minimum 6 character ) and get themselves registered by successfully validation through an OTP ( sent in the given mobile number )
2. Funds In:A. UBI customers: Customers can load money either by using debit card or net banking credentials of any of their existing operative accounts.B. Non-UBI customers: Customer can load money from their non UBI Bank account by using debit card or net banking services.C. United Fund Transfer (UFT) : After the details like mobile number , first two characters of the name , verification code in “ receive UFT “ ,customer may receive the fund in wallet.D. Ask Money: By using this service, customer may sends request for money to any UBI wallet customer.
3. Funds Out: This menu is for transferring fund from wallet account to other united wallet / united bank account (through United Fund Transfer). One more service “IMPS” is also enabled for customers to send the money to any Bank’s account on 24×7 basis.
4. Recharge: By availing this service, customer may recharge his / her prepaid mobile number as well as DTH service.
5. Bill Payment: By using this option, customer may make online payment of post -paid mobile bill, insurance premium, utility payments like electricity bill, landline bill, gas bill etc.
6. Generate: By clicking on this menu, the following pop down functions will be displayed.A. Statement: Customer can get their wallet statement by selecting the statement period / number of transactions.B. Set PIN: Customer can set their prepaid card PIN online.C. Physical Card: By invoking this menu, customer can send request to apply for physical RuPay prepaid card linked with their wallet account.D. Card Block / Unblock : By using this option , customer can block / unblock their united wallet account as well as prepaid card through wallet application.
7. Services : Bank has enabled this menu only for UBI customer, by which customer can view the details of all their operative accounts and can enhance the limit of wallet as well as card from Rs.10,000 to Rs. 1,00,000 .
8. Notifications: Message about any type of offers / up
- gradation / awareness populates / publishes under this section and sends to customer time to time.

Very bad nothing shows
This is the worst app I have ever used. The customer support is none. They don't even reply back to your mails. Don't use this app, you will lose your money. I made a cash in of rs250 and it got deducted from my bank account but was never credited into united wallet. The transaction was successful at CCAVENUE. I wrote many mails to their customer support but they don't even bother to reply back. I wish I could rate it negative.
The app seems to be designed in the 1900's(though people in India didn't use smartphone then). Moreover it has been more than 3 months since i had ordered for a physical card. But I didn't yet receive the card. I tried contacting the customer care. But no reply from them. It is just a waste of time and a waste of your phone space. I would not hesitate to say that I HATE THIS APP.
This will rank among the top apps in the entire banking industry. It works seamlessly, is very user friendly and minimises online security threats as we don't need to load our actual bank accounts. We can easily make online transactions, and the new physical Rupay Card tagged to the wallet is working fine at ATMs and POS.
Added rs 100 on 10th april 2016. Money got deducted from my other bank account and got confirmation msg from cc avenue(united wallet) but still the balance is not credited to my account till date. People working in this don't even bother to reply.
I am not able to load funds by using other banks debit card as ccavenue payment gateway showing an error page (error code 105) for last 3 days. I mailed them by describing this problem with screenshot on 25 April 2016 but till now no reply by their end !! Such a useless wallet and customer service !! Do not download it.
Crap app.Insane Customer Care email them they will not reply call them they will not pick up the call passed 24 hours still no response.... add money in wallet as payment is successful and got confirmation message.... Worst app instead use Other app far better than this app

United Bank of India's app are totally west.....we can't use it properly. Whenever whatever I download ubi app there always problem with that You should wark on this atherwise u costomar will reduce automatically
This is a great need to change user interface totally. It is not an handy app to recharge mobile or do any thing if needed to be done urgently. There is no need of login user id and password, as many other wallets like freecharge dont have it, login screen increases the time required to do any thing and it makes this app very slow. Also app should show balance in wallet on home page. You can copy freecharge UI for this things.
Worst app ever.Don't show the page where we can register to internet banking.I think it was designed by a child.Worst experience.
After doing about upto 40-50 transactions from it writing with so honestly 70% transactions failed and I have to submit a long gravience form for the refund.Money got refunded on another day. Service is good but the problem is all related to transactions.Transaction from it is all about your luck and nothing else.Suggesting you all that please use it on your own risk or you are be in so much trouble.I experienced it a lot.I have not such expectations with such a big Bank service of india which provides such a poor services to there customer.
Transaction success but amount not credited to wallet. Sent mail to united wallet customer care since 2 days no response. Not good. Not even responding to mails . Please reply after reading my comments fully.
A lot of development is required for this wallet. Avoid this app frnds bcoz it can waste your money. Till while it not going to develop.
All negative feedback given intentionally because they are fraud people who tried to stolen secure information from utbi. They didn't succeed & now frustration overcome here in feedback. It takes really long to open the app even after using 3g.. and its not that user friendly...
But how to function. My available balance is zero. Now how shall i bring in money to the wallet. I m existing customer of ubi though. Very confused. :(
Don't install the app, believe me it will destroy your money. I request the United Wallet team to stop this useless "United Wallet", the only thing that this Wallet doing, is bothering and misguiding people.
Waste. Only hold website. Most features are designed with Uni account holders. Every time shows an error session invalid
I recgarged my airtel no but unfortunatly recharged is not done.but my balanced deducted from my wallet.
Lots of problem in payment during adding money in wallet,also problem during saving of debit card details.
User interface of app is garbage..now a days apps like paytm,udio as comparison the app is very bad.
can not apply for physical card. it say only UBI customer can avail this facility. please enable it for non ubi customer also.
'Generate' option is not accessible in the app. When you click generate you only see two options. The 3rd option is "physical card" i want to issue it but i am not able to click there as i can't see it. Please fix the bug. It's a great app but fix the bugs.
The only app which provides physical rupay card..Nick name and use as econ tool after selecting payment mode as INB and then wallet is really cool..
The worst app I have ever seen. United Bank has launched this app without proper management team. There is no customer care also for any resolution. Payment often fails. Really worst app.
