I like the app, but the search function is not working properly. When I add a filter for size and/or color, the subcategory filter is not applied to the results anymore, while it was before. This was not the case before the latest update.
Edit***!!! In the past I have negatively reviewed this app HOWEVER since then I've seen notable changes in their customer services and they've appropriately compensated me and my needs. I'd like to point out it's a good functioning app and very safe (unlike marktplaats). I hope they'll continue to improve upon their feedback and provide us with an even better shopping experience.
I can't upload my products using the app, I can only do that using my computer, but when I do that, the quality of the pictures are pretty bad. Hope this can be fixed soon, furthermore the app works great. After UW's respond I can still not upload pictures using the app...
Very satisfied with this app, I like the security it provides! Sadly since the latest update I can't add a product, it just gets stuck on "Uploading Photos" infinitely. Hope that is something that can be fixed soon because otherwise it's great!
I love this app a lot but the home page only loads about 20 items lately, and a lot of the items show up twice. The app doesn't open en close properly either. This takes away from the user friendliness a lot.
Awesome app. I've purchased multiple things from here and haven't had a single problem with orders not arriving etc. However the outlet hasn't been working lately for some reason so you might want to fix that.
I agree with another review below, ever since the update with the addition of shipping cost, I'm moving away from this app. I get the administration fee but now also an additional 6€-10€ for shipping... and the items are still the same price as when shipping was included. No thank you.
Super! This app has much nicer sellers and customer service than their competitor Vinted. Often has promotions (lower shipping costs or administrative costs). Only point of improvement: the search tool resets whenever I add another search option
The new update ruined the shopping experience. Why does it take so long to load the filter menu. Why is ring size at the top and why is the sorting option at the bottom it really makes zero sense
This app is so annoying. It shuts down every few minutes or it doesn't show pictures. And it always cost extra money because they take an amount of each deal.
When you edit a product the description disappears most of the time, haven't discovered a pattern yet. Also after changing photo orientation the product fails to publish.
the app doesn't even want to open.. after i've downloaded it 2 times.. btw you should check better on the people using UW.. my bank account got robbed by one of them.. (i used it first with samsung internet)
Constant crashing over the past few days. I can only open the app for a few seconds.
great app with Loads of good quality second hand clothing options. Very user friendly and all products I've ordered have arrived without any issues.
I don't understand I just got the app and I can't add photos or post pictures when I'm selling something. When I click on taking photos from my gallery it it all grey I don't understand.
Selling didn't go as planned, but the customer service was helpful and refunded me. The app works pretty great for buying.
after about 2 minutes it just stops opening ads or photos and you have to close it completely and reopen it and then start over whatever search you did
boy sometimes took me 5 times to upload one item. App just kept on telling me it couldn't right now. Ended up selling almost nothing, such a pain.
I want to use this app more but it will constantly stop working when im trying to upload pictures! Otherwise, I like the app and userbase etc.
Great app, the only thing that bothers me is that when you edit your product the description disappears.

APP'S GREAT BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT ISN'T. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT. IN THE LONG RUN IT WILL CREATE MORE PROBLEMS THAN IT SOLVES. JUST ONE EXAMPLE OF MANY: FOR WEEKS I'D BEEN CONTACTING THEM ABOUT THE FACT THAT I HADN'T RECEIVED AN ITEM AND THE SELLER DOESN'T RESPOND (SCAMMER, HE NEVER SEND ANYTHING BUT UP LOADEDTHE SHIPPING LABEL TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE HE DID) AND AFTER THOSE WEEKS IF ME SENDING THEM MAILS I RECEIVE AND AUTOMATICALLY GENERATED MESSAGE BACK TO LEAVE A FEEDBACK ABOUT MY PURCHASE...
-Fixed- There seems to be an issue with the app and website. I can't open UW in either of them.
Before anyone installs, this advetisment company should remind us users that this app isn't for American users because when I was going to make my account it asked me to choose my country but the United States was not available just other countries.
cant upload anymore. idk since when, but before the new style of uploadimg i could upload my stuff. now it says that it cant uplaod my photos
Great app to buy and sell clothes. Maybe the bidding function could be improved. If I make a bundle bid for three items but the counter bid is too high, then I have a problem. What if the bundle is too much but I still want to buy one or two of the items in it? Then I have to wait until the bundle expires and risk that someone else buys it in the meantime! Please make it possible to reject a counter bid.
