United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM)

Terrible app, Terrible company. I could not login to the app despite being able to login to the website. Transfered 5x to different customer service reps who promised that they were sending me to tech support. Half of them could not find my loan. Had to call back three time. I'm on hold as I write this. Don't deal with this company if you have a choice.

It is absolutely AMAZING! And my AE combined with the tools UWM offers makes working with UWM a seemingly easy, efficient & awesome experience!

Cannot log on. Had to go to the website and still had to reset my password twice. You can't login with your email address. You have to login with your login ID that you create, but the app wants your email and that doesn't work. This would be very convenient if it worked.

What that mean by LOPP is unavailable? It stopped sending me notifications since 12/17. I need this app to manage my client's loans

Fantastic app. For what it is, it's very feature rich and is a great resource to have when you're not at your desktop. Pipeline, contacts... and I believe you can even upload conditions. I didn't expect to be, but I'm impressed.

Not for managing personal Uwm loans. I was advertised to download this app to manage my mortgage payments, but after finding I cannot log in - i realized this is a for mortgage brokers 🤦‍♀️. I love UWM as a mortgage company, and their website is fantastic to navigate through and use. I wish they made an app for customers.

I'm hoping I'll be able to use it to keep track of my pipeline when on vacation using a resort's wifi, south of the border. In the past, I was informed that due to security reasons I wasn't able to gain access using an international resort's wifi.

Some things are difficult to find or navigate.

Can't login using the same information I use to login to there online app. So frustrating that they offer the app but It's not usable. Others have experienced the same issue.

The pipeline is so much faster than using the desktop version of EASE!! This is such a wonderful app. I can't wait to see where this app will continue to go. FIVE STARS+

Paid off my loan with another loan company but was sold back to this company now I have no access to app because it says it's paid off but I have new loan number an called they said to give 48 hours to reset it an its been almost a year with no luck. Would be easier to make a payment if it worked with new loan. Sad from the app ......

I was told this app could be used to pay and manage my mortgage. I've tried several times to sign into my account using the app and it does not allow. There should be a way for consumers to access and manage their mortgage loan accounts.

Edit: UWM has a consumer facing app now, changing the rating. Original review: UWM really needs to have a consumer-facing app. I work in the industry and I don't know that I've seen an app fail this bad. The small credit union I had before had a much better app. Come on UWM, get with the times!

App won't let you login. Images associated are incorrect since now it asks for email and password, when the accounts are setup as username and password, like image one.

Unable to even log in (app wants an email not a user name which is how you set up your profile through a browser). Don't think I've used a financial app that is this bad.

Very intuitive. Clean, easy to use. Love the notifications!

This app is not for UWM loan administration to pay and manage your mortgage, however there is no indication of this even though it looks just like the online site and it only denies log in. Pretty confusing and frustrating.

The level of functionality on this mobile app is unbelievable. Managing my pipeline is a breeze! If I could give more stars I would!

This app has one major flaw, which is not making it clear that it ISN'T FOR HOME OWNERS. Your login on the site doesn't work on this app because you're a homeowner, not a broker or whatever. THE APP ISN'T MEANT TO PAY YOUR MORTGAGE. That being said, UWM, y'all need an app that lets us view/pay our mortgages.

Behind the 8-ball with NO app to make a mortgage payment!!! What's the hold up?...Only mortgage app that I've eberused in recent memory with no ACCESS!!!

Bad App. Must fix it please! It keeps saying that bad username and password while I have no issue logging into my desktop or laptop.

Unable to login with app but able online. Also very laggy when trying to open. It just doesn't work.

you have many home owners you service yet dont have the app to pay. how simple would this be to make or add to the existing app.. all my other servicers had an app.

I turned off notifications but I keep getting notifications sounding off on my phone which I don't want to hear them.

The app does not work. I can login on the computer but not on the app. It does not think i have an account. I would not use this app.

Unable to login. App wants your email but your account is identified via username which is not your email. Cannot login at all. For such a large company this app is HORRIBLE!

Don't bother with this app. Can't login. Just like all the other reviews say. I tried several times. I had to go to the website to view anything related to my mortgage. Can't use this at all.

App doesn't work. Verified my password 5 times and logged into website using same password and username. Can't get in.
