Don't like the new look or the new app. Liked it better the way it was. About the time I get used to things being one way, you go and change it. It is also harder to see the posts in your account because they are smaller.
Don't like the look or functionality. Was really no need to change the former app.
Primarily wanted to use mobile deposit. Does not function in dark mode on Android. TURN DARK THEME OFF FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT. Only after my second inquiry was this information disclosed so service is inconsistent and it depends on who you get. This limitation should be front & center in some sort of documentation since 2 years of previous reviews tell me it's a common issue. Had to uninstall/reinstall App after making this change. Cumbersome, since I really like dark mode. They really need a Biometric login option. I have difficult passwords and ALL of the other financial Apps I have contain this feature. Decent start but it could definitely use some improvements.
Terrible app. I had to download this hunk of junk when United bank went paperless. It seemed okay at first, but the thing has more problems than it's worth. I can't even get the mobile deposit to work as it doesn't even show I've taken a photo. When I sent a message to the bank about it, they gave me the check to make sure it has permissions, etc. and then they suggested I reset my entire phone - for 1 app that is the problem. Everyone I know hates this app and has problems with it.
Don't like the new app. 😒 only shows last 5 transactions and not the balance after each transaction. Loved the old one better.
if i could give this app less than 1 star i would....... it never has the right amount that is actually in my bank account and have actually gone into my overdraft because of this app telling me that i have more money than i do!!! it is supposed to update whenever you swipe your card, but it doesnt. very seriously considering changing who i bank with
On log in screen it has no where to enter password I have to click forgot password and redo it and then same thing next time it's really been aggravating dealing with this bank so far it's taken 11 days to get the online identity in email and now this really its aggravating now.
Can't ever get into the mobile app! Have gone to the bank, called the people that are supposed to be able to help, but still unable to use!!
Mobile deposit doesn't work for android. Taking a picture doesn't save and clears the amount. How about fixing it....
Fingerprint login stopped working and locks my account when I try to use it. Customer support is clueless and don't care.

App has issues with mobile deposit (Android 10). Taking photos of the check for mobile deposit resets all information entered, making mobile deposit useless.
Just downloaded the app and its asking me for a password. Ive never had a password
just changed and I find to be an awesome bank and its easy to keep up with your spending on your phone
Don't like app..it's hard to use and it doesn't give u correct account status
They are great and if a problem they are quick to solve

Bruh this bank is nothing but inconvenience...
I like the app and do not mind the update BUT I wish the secure swipe shortcut worked. My passcode only works a few times before I receive an "invalid passcode" error. Have to uninstall and reinstall the app to make a new passcode which sometimes still doesn't work.
