The app gives a very good overview of your benefits and all the times/places you have used your insurance. The information presented can be a little overwhelming at times, but they do their best to put in explainers for everything. If you have United for health insurance I would absolutely recommend getting the app to go along with it. The virtual visits feature is also extremely helpful and easy to use.
This app used to be very good. Had pull down menu on left side and it was really easy to get to renew rewards to sync Google Fit and get credit for my steps. Now, there is no link to go anywhere. There is an option to add renew rewards to the home page, but...it will not add, so unable to sync my phone and Google Fit to get credit for steps. Also frequently gives the message that "something went wrong" and it needs to close. It now is totally useless, and the little bit of info you can get is not worth it. Plus, if I wanted to check my claims, that always has "unable to load claims" message, so what is this app good for??? Nothing! One star is way too much, but there is no way to leave zero stars. UHC, please fix this app or go back to the old one!
This app does not work correctly. It consistently does not take my password, doesn't take the CAPTCHA code, nor does it sync my exercise to the app. Almost every time I use it, I must call to get support. Unfortunately, it is linked to my Healthcare insurance so I have no choice!
Still doesn't work. Got the update and nothing. Still the same error as before when using both the fingerprint and the password. You're better off not using this app. Never had any app issues when I had BCBS, and since switching to United I can't even log in. Absolutely brilliant.
Can't see anything other than last 4 claims which aren't even the last 4. Their filter doesn't work at all. This app is complete garbage. My biometrics are never rememebed. Always says incorrect password and when I put in a new one it says last password can't be used. 0 stars if I could.
I get "page not working" messages when trying to into price drugs. I have also been signed off when trying to do a drug look up. Been like this forever. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Very annoying.
Worthless app, cannot even sign into account. Error message "We're sorry. Something went wrong. Please try again later." Tried later for 3 day multiple times each day and still not working. Was told I would receive a callback regarding the issue and have not. Website has issues too. All sites or apps using this same design or sign in stuff have the same issues, UHC, Optumrx, AARP, and others. Uninstalling apps and will no longer use them or the websites. You can deal with me on the phone now.
First, I love healthcare. This app truly allows you to manage all aspects of your health plan. The best thing is it shows all the benefits of your plan AND how and where you can utilize them. e.g. how much you are allowed for vision AND the providers that take your health plan. I highly recommend.
This is the most useless app in the existence of the internet. It doesn't allow me to see anything on my plans and I go from installing one version of the app to another and none work. It is extremely frustrating that I can't see any of my information.
Downloaded the app today and was able to find a provider pretty quickly. App works pretty smoothly on my S10. I did notice that everytime I attempt to to create a vaccine pass my app crashes completely and immediately on my Galaxy S10.
no way to book appointments straight through this app. browsing providers is useless if you have to look them up outside of the app regardless to find info and book. I've started using other apps like zocdoc and amwell instead that let me find and book with providers based on my insurance coverage.
it's stupid that I have to constantly log in to this app - just keep me logged in please. When I log in, I have 10 minutes to choose a plan - I have two choices 1) a generic "Medicare" plan that works with the app, or 2) my actual plan with the correct ID, etc - but it's not supported by this app.
really useful and easy to navigate. As software developer, I'm highly rated that app and work which was done on it. Great job.
use to be able to submit claims in the past, but now I get the stupid OOPS message every time I try to submit a claim....oh n the website I have to now either mail or fax my dependent care claims for reimbursement whereas in the past I could do online submission like what gives? FIX this problem with the claim submission because I'm, not the only one. oh n stop saying "bug fixes n improvements" in the update description if ya not gon truly fix the issues at hand
App doesn't load. Even after an update still doesn't work. Very frustrating!!!!
Terrible app, I type my user name and password and it will not access my account. The problem persists. App is useless. Update 5-10-21, still not functioning. I tried to sign in and a window pops up telling me something went wrong. Update 2-10-22: This app is cumbersome. I had to tap 'make a payment' several times, in app and website. It also redirected me to the website, and logged me out. It's worse than ever. What's the point of the app, if payment has to be made in website?
Same as everyone else. Try to sign in to log my steps tracker and error message. I even have it set up with fingerprint sign in and still says nothing matches, ridiculous.
It takes at least 2 minutes to login, if it ever does. The app constantly crashes. Half of the links either crash the app or loads a grey screen. It's impossible to try and find providers using the app. It's even worse than their website.
The layout keeps changing which makes it confusing each time. Some of the titles are too vague.
App doesn't work. Every time I try to log in it tells me to create a health safe ID when I already have one. When I try to create one it says I already have one and send me back to log in. Just and endless loop!
rarely loads correctly. claim details have never once showed up even though there is a link to click. just goes to blank white page.
Very frustrating. Trying to find prices for medications and it just keeps scrolling. Waited for long time, then it said there was a problem.

Trying to sync this app with UHC Renew Rewards, but there are no tabs to access Rewards. This app is really a waste of time.

I'd give this app 0 stars if I could. It doesn't work at all. Can't sign into your account. And talking to anyone over the phone is useless. Never getting insurance or recommending anyone to this company.
App is useless, will not accept username or password, everytime I try to access my account, I get the same message. I can't change password because I'm elderly and I can't have numerous passwords!
You have an app that's so easy to use but yet I get out the hospital on this and can't use my biometric nor my sign in. Make it make sense. I'm trying to get my prescriptions and the whole app messed up. Idea get your IT ON THE JOB INSTEAD OF GETTING EASY MONEY TO SIT ON THEIR ACES. FIX IT.
I wish I could give it zero stars. I have not been able to log in since May 2, 2022. I have called them. They have called me back without any reason or solution. There is a ticket opened, but nothing works. I have completed all troubleshooting steps three times. Nada. This app is awful and they don't know how to fix it. Addendum on 5/30/22:. I still can't log in. I still can't access,sync, or see Renew Rewards. Not fixed. Still bad.
