Maybe it could be 1.5 - tried to change my password...kept having problems. Try later they said...I did, still having issues. What is going on with this folks? I really do understand that things lately have been chaotic...but please figure it out. You have $$...spend it please! Good grief, it could drive a person to ???eat? Luckily I don't drink alcohol or that'd not end good!
Sucks!!!! All they treat u for is a rash or diaper rash. Can't give med after 500 questions.. I'm changing anyway haven't talked to representatives since ??????
I love this app its quick reliable, their doctors are very easy to talk to and i had a prescription within 30 minutes of downloading the app. ****Fast forward 2 years still no trouble with this app absolutely seamless. Highly recommend downloading this app!!
App won't update and unable to use otherwise. I have tried updating this app for about 2 months or so, but as of today, I'm still getting an error message....
WEEKS LATER STILL wont even download! tried other apps, no issues downloading on my phone. but everytime I try and download this app i get an error message.
Excellent app!! Super quick ( like less than 15 minutes!!) The doctors are friendly and very informative. I highly reccommend this app, its a million times better than having to fight through traffic & sit in a overcrowed waiting room ( covid 19 hello!!)😷. You won't regret trying this app. 😁👌👍💯
Will not dowoad. I have tried everything to get it to download. I have more than enough storage space, and I have tried all of the trouble shooting tips it gave me. Nothing works. This app is very much needed and it will not work.
Terrible app. Description does not say the locations. I find it odd that all of the states serviced by United are not able to use this app.
I've done everything the help page has told me to do to fix the problem of the "failing to update/download" this app and nothing is working. Please fix this problem.
Won't install or update on Pixel 4 XL, Galaxy S8, or Galaxy Tab S7. I thought it was because of Google at first but I believe something with this app broke and now won't work at all.
It failed to update. So, I followed all the guidelines mentioned. It still won't download. This is a very needed app.
Cant register. My Member ID is only 9 characters and starts with a letter. The app will not take less than 10 characters.
Tried to uninstall and reinstall because I kept getting error messages trying to sign in. Now cant reinstall it.

Love this app, the doctors are so nice not judgmental at all, their very efficient and fast and its no cost if u have United Healthcare that is.
Useless. One doctor says, "Come back to chat with us if symptoms get worse." (As symptoms got worse one week later) The next doctor, "Sorry, we can't help you beyond our support." What was the point of coming back? Idiot doctors. Welcome to America.

Won't update. Developers are deleting comments or changing them.
I cant believe that United Health Care didn't provide any information on the physician that you text with. No contact information at all. He prescribed a medication not covered and I cant call him to have it changed. Then I called UHC, and was told to give my phone to the pharmacist, so she could talk to them really? I'm sick, and I'm just going to hand my phone to the pharmacist? I ended up in emergency to get medical attention needed. Seemed like a good idea to have text MD, til you see it.

Fails to update
Quick and Easy to use. Not for all things, but if you need a refill or some advice, this saves time, travel, and money. UI could be better, but another great option by UHC. Thanks!
