If I could rate this app 2.5 starts, I would. Even if you have Wifi enabled AND other apps successfully locate your device, it's still 50/50 if this one will. Calling to describe the issues is generally pointless, as all we get is a voicemail with no feedback when we do call (Healthstar, not UHC, for clarification), and updates are few and far between. With a limited check in window and no one who wants to pay for the additional time it takes to navigate this app, we need support in real time.

Have to have this app for work. After downloading app won't open. Keeps saying app has stopped working. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and each time says the same thing..unfortunately app has stopped working and unable to open.

I would give this app no stars because it will not open. I need this app for work but can't use it because it says app not responding so I either have to close it or send feedback. I have downloaded this app several times and uninstalled it and it still says the same thing. Y'all Need to get on the ball and get this fixed.

It's for poor people. Of course it doesn't work very well. I log in and out of these and there are always so many problems. Most of the time the clients have given up on the tablets.

Does not show accurate time clock in and clock out with employer. A message keeps coming up saying app not responding.

Keeps stopping since update! Can't use it at all...

This app is broken. It refuses to open, and it needs to be fixed.
