Why am I getting an error? When I open the app it brings up a red and white screen that says "Failed! Error loading presets. Try back shortly." I had no problems with my previous s6 phone, but when I got my new phone Samsung s8 it won't work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. I even waited 3 weeks and installed it again and it still doesn't work. I brought this to the bank's attention weeks ago when they said they'd look into it and would call me back and they haven't.
Unable to read correct balance and caused an insufficient fund charge 4 times even though I had enough money in my account except for a charge that I did not know was going to happen. Which caused 4 insufficient funds charges: 1 charge that was supposed to be insufficient, not 4 charges. I will be leaving this bank as soon as possible due to their professionalism. This bank has given me nothing but problems.
Sometimes the app doesn't want to open. And you cant changes your password or set up repeated transfers to other accounts on here. You have to go on the computer. Besides that it's a nice app and does its job. I wish it did a little more though.
Cant even set up my account. I entered my ID and Password and was prompted to check my email for a PIN, which I checked and found. however upon trying to return to the app to enter PIN the app kicked me out. I tried opening the app again and it wouldnt open. tried this 2 more times until it finally worked, re-entered my ID and password, got to the PIN page and it says "this specific account is frozen" because of failed login attempts just trying to open the app caused failed attempts
11/25/21 Same 10/5/20 Same 8/7/20 Frustration continues. 3/18/20 No improvements. 6/9/19 Still a bad user interface. Love ability to deposit checks, but interface is horrible. Doesn't notify you if check deposit fails. They display ads now. Almost no space on screen to type. Need to scroll tiny section of window to enter required info and capture photos of checks. When depositing multiple checks, need to re-choose account for each check. Very poor design.
I use this to make our business deposits and half the time it comes back with errors when the picture is clear and all in the view. Very frustrating
Not a very good app. Other banks apps are far superior allowing more options and convenience along with the bank.
I just use the app to check my balances. It works great for that and a quick transfer to cover some extra spending.
I really like the app.! Though I'm unable to see pending transaction. Also, I have a son who I'm the custodian on his account, but I CANNOT see his account on my app. I was told I'd have to open a totally separate app for his account, which seems ridiculous seeing as my son is under 12yo and I'm the ONLY one with access to his (and my) account anyways.
Very well-made app. It is functional and easy to use with an attractive UI. I only wish it showed more money in my checking account 😅
Works as expected. Nice clean interface, quick balance feature is nice and mobile deposit is really handy.
No longer working The application worked great for several years. Now it won't open, so I uninstalled and now I can't get it to reinstall. I'm really angry because I used this application a lot.
Love the app. Makes banking very easy. I especially like the ability to cash checks with the snap of a pic.
very easy to use. helpful when its after hours at the bank and I need to transfer money or check my accounts. very convenient
If I set up fingerprint log in, it only works once. I don't have an issue with any of my other apps or accounts.
Love everything about it, just wish you had an option on loan payments to delegate what amount you want towards principal and what goes towards interest.
normal functionality from a bank app. fingerprint authentication stops working after a while, that's why it's 3/5.
The mobile deposit camera needs to be calibrated better. Use the guide lines properly.
easy to use. wish I could add more than one account as I have a joint account as well then I could transfer money more easily between the accounts

Decent app but lacks support for newer Android apis- cannot use biometric auth via face unlock nor integrate well with LastPass for entering credentials
Pretty good. Would be 5 stars if you could link Android Pay or Samsung Pay without having to go to the actual bank!
It's an easy app and great to use, nice to have that info handy wherever you may need it!
it does what its supposed to but as of late it opens but doesnt show me anything blank screen.
Everything is great, I just wish there were "real time" graphs.
Something is not right why does it keep saying I logged into to many devices, which I haven't, I never had problems before
Worked great, until it didn't. I think the recent update did something. I get failures on some checks for mobile deposit that I didn't before. Same checks from same company using the same phone, and they keep failing. Maybe the app isn't optimized for the Galaxy S21 Ultra? Hope they can fix it!
