I'm very frustrated with this app. My phone can find my hearing aids just fine, the Bluetooth works well. The app can never connect to my hearing aids however. Sometimes it does not even tell me it cannot connect anymore, but just gets stuck in a trying to connect mode. It's very frustrating for something so important in daily life. Restarting, reinstalling: it does not help.

Seriously, people fix your app!! I have had this app for almost 2 years and have not had any trouble up until this month. It will not connect to my hearing aides and half the time with the Bluetooth as well. In the past, I would give 4 or 5 stars. Once these issues are resolved, I may do so. I cannot recommend this app when others with or getting hearing aides ask me about it at this time.

I've had this app for my hearing aids for about six months now. Every single day, and multiple times during the day if I attempt to change the program, the app won't sync with both aids. This is beyond frustrating to the point where it isn't worth it. Why would I spend so much on high end hearing aids but the control app is a piece of garbage?

It is a good app except for the following problems. 1. the hearing aids don't always connects with the app and you have to reboot the hearing aid. This is worse when in large undercover areas, like concert areas, cafes etc 2. Sometimes you have to.wait unacceptable lengths of time for connection. 3. It would be a good idea to have a battery indicator, with the amount of battery left.

The app was taking a long time to connect to the hearing aids until about a week ago when it stopped connecting at all. When it was able to connect, the app would disconnect any time it was not the active app - even if it was still running in the background. My phone is able to connect to the hearing aids via Bluetooth without a problem. I can stream music and make phone calls, but the app won't connect.

Pretty much useless. Unitron obviously don't care about anything but the Sale of the hearing aids. The app is rubbish. Same problem that every review says here on the internet. Connection issues!!!! Only connects when it wants to, Drops in and out, you have to restart the phone, bluetooth, hearing aids and make a sacrifice to the gods and you may get lucky enough to make a change in the app.

This App. Is really useless and only been using it for a few days on my Samsung A71. Biggest problem is it keeps crashing as you start it. You need to keep uninstalling and reinstalling and it works for a few seconds and stops working. Only fuctions it has, when it works, is Volume, which u can control without the App. and Battery Level. Really sad when you pay so much for an advanced technology hearing aid.

I have never spent so much time troubleshooting an app and wasting hours of my time (on behalf of my parents). Continually drops BT Connection, attempts to reconnect when your screen display comes back on or when switching between open apps, I have unpaired/paired numerous times. Unable to answer calls direct for the hearing aids. I have tried different compatible (Samsung) phone models for the same result. Your developers have a lot of work to do!

This is most probably the most useless apps ever!! Takes ages to connect via Bluetooth, if at all!! Uninstalled it several times and reinstalled it, but the same thing keeps happening. The hearing aids are ok, just ok. As a musician the hearing aids keeps on cutting out my guitar while I am playing and most of the time I just remove them from my ear as it is just terribly annoying!!

What a dud - please invest in improving the app. The aids are good but are linked to this utterly frustrating app that make the whole experience a nightmare. I used the whole apparatus two days and I am returning the whole thing. Issues with pairing the aids: please make them connect in unison instead of one at a time. During calls there was a constant beeping sound in the aids, it didn't even go away at the end of the call. I had to manually switch the program from Bluetooth streaming to autom

I have my Moxi jump R hearing aids paired, now Bluetooth streaming no longer works on my Samsung S21 phone. Pairing is inconsistent if at all. The hearing aids do not connect for phone calls. Update, I found out this only works if you only start the right hearing aid. You can then pair and Bluetooth works. You can then open the left hearing aid but it won't show connectivity on the app or your phone. Please either repair the app or change the video. I am pleased with the hearing aids.

I am a transcriber. I was told that I wouldn't need external earphones anymore, that the hearing aids will funtion via the TV connector to stream the audio directly. Everything worked perfectly until the first service, then the syncing went out. It streams for a little while and then the sound cuts out. The Remote Plus telephone app doesn't then show the TV connector, it just shows automatic and then it is not connected to my computer I don't know what to do. Please help.

Very bad pairing capabilities. Unstable. No matter what you do, sometimes it just refuses to pair. Rebooting the h-aids does not help, rebooting the phone does not help, deleting and re-establish blue tooth connection and re-pairing the device also does not help. Android operating system is 8.1.0 and the system requires 7.0. VERY Frustrating.

This is useless, it may only connect to one or none unless you reboot every time. A lot of money spent on these hearing aids and being let down massively by the app. All the programs and functions and none of it can be used 😡😡

This should be labelled beta. It's trying to be helpful but it fails on most counts. The fact that the aids are connected and then you open the app and it takes 6 or 7 seconds to say it's connected before you can choose a profile is very poor. The double tap to being up Google Assistant almost never works

Will not allow program changes. Warning that volumes are unsynchronized. Only the left aid is responding to Bluetooth. Aids were just checked with hearing professional yesterday. Aids are fine. It's the app. Please upgrade this app or my next aids will be from another manufacturer.

I have to restart the app several times for it to connect to my hearing aids. It never use to do that. My hearing aids connect fine to my phone but this app has gotten worse. I emailed the developers no response absolutely the worst app

While it is simple to set up, it does not continue to operate. Within a minute or two of activating, it disconnects from the hearing aids. I think will dump it. I really don't see an advantage to using it.

Is it this bad so you have to buy a remote? Tried with 4 different phones, 3 phones wouldn't find the aids with the app, only on Bluetooth for calls. The other took about 20 minutes to connect using sequence like: reboot phone, go to Bluetooth settings, forget right aid (you won't see the left), start app, reset aids, go to Bluetooth settings, scan for new device, DO NOT CONNECT, app will now see one or other aid, reset the missing aid again, repeat till both connected then pair in bluetooth.0*

Unitron does not care about this app at all. It is simply pathetic. My hearing aids have no problem at all to connect to my phone via Bluetooth, but this app, on the same phone, cannot see the same connection at all. This app is simply useless. I wish there was an option for a zero star rating, because that is what this app deserves.

It won't recognise my devices, which are compatible with app. My phone meets all specifications. Useless app, and so far I'm quite disappointed overall since I have zero control over my aids. No guides supplied and very little information on your website beyond the absolute basics.

App keeps disconnecting my hearing aids and doesn't let me reconnect them do it's basically useless. Very impractical since I have to be able to rely on being able to turn on the different programmes and regulate the volume. Please fix this!

Doesn't work most of the time. You need to delete and re-install app at least once a week. Works intermittently at best. Also using Bluetooth all the time wears out batteries in about 3 days. Needs to go back to development to fix problems and release a new version.

Just like so many others I'm very disappointed with this app. At first it connected with the app, now there is no way it will connect. The connection with the phone is great for calls and other audio, but nothing with the app.

Incredibly unreliable software application. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Connecting is almost impossible. Why is it other devices hook up quick and easy but this device is such horrid frustration.Who the hell programmed this peice of garbage.

This app insists that I Activate Insights every f-ing time that I start it up. This is waste of my time every time that I try to use it to adjust my hearing aids. Perhaps you do not understand that this bad software will cause me to purchase a different brand of hearing aids from now on.

Connection issues. Haven't been able to connect for months. Last app update was in April, I would say the last update may have been the issue. Keep expecting an update to correct the issue but,........nothing!
