The "security feature" of having to send a code to my email if i haven't logged in recently enough is THE DUMBEST thing ever. It's an app on my phone. Email is also on my phone. All this does is ensure that I'm waiting for 2 minutes to log into my account. There's zero extra security since anyone who has access to this app would also have access to my email.
it was fine until very recently. it gives me an error that my device is not authorized to open the app. prior to this i had issues with the app NOT opening but it wasn't a problem until I was getting the device error. mind you, this app is only on my phone and nothing has changed on my end. I'd rather go thru the website vs the app. at this point I'm not very interested in downloading this app again
Unlike the Apple version you can't use fingerprint tech to login quickly. You can't do a lot of things you can on the website, like check your FICO score, report a suspicious transaction, or put comments on your line items for better search results. I got charged for a return fee because I already mobile deposited a check and there was no way for me on mobile to view all previous deposits to see if I had already deposited the check.
This app used to work but I can no longer log in because it will not accept the security code sent to my email. There is no point in that feature even existing since most people's email comes directly to their phones so it won't stop anyone from getting into people's accounts. PLEASE FIX ASAP
Where's the fingerprint login? Not to mention, when will I be able to use a secure password for my account? Still can't set a password with special characters. I hope your servers aren't as ancient as this app. Back to another bank with fingerprint login. It's almost 2019, Unitus! Come on.
I upgraded my phone yesterday to Android version 9, and since then I haven't been able to use the app. it keeps saying: "Device not authorized" Update: I haven't been able to use the app in over a month and this makes it extremely inconvenient.
The app does not allow for use of biometric authentication like most other financial institutions' apps now offer. The SnapCheck functionality is entirely too clunky and images turn out extremely grainy, which is frustrating considering the quality of cameras on new phones. The most recent update to Android 9 has now rendered this app useless. Any attempt at login now states, "This device not authorized", before force-closing. Pretty disappointing.
Suddenly Snapcheck has stopped working! I use that feature often, really need it back! I tap Front image, and get nothing but a black screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled, no change!
I've never been able to get this app to work. It always tells me my information isn't correct. I talked to my branch about it, they said it's the same log in as what I use on my pc, but it has never worked. As many times as I have tried this app over the years, never once have I been able to log into it. So frustrating.
I was using this app for several years and it was great. Never a single issue until 3 days ago I went to open the app to check my account balance only to be denied access saying my device is unauthorized (I've had the same device for almost 2 years)
app is overall fine, but scanning checks is a pain most of the time. it lives up the corners, and as soon as I take the photo it loses the edges and fails. I have the checks on a dark background too. ugh
This app was great until I updated it a week ago and now the app opens to a screen that has the Unitus logo but no login place. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it does the same thing and then I can't get out of it. Whatever you did fix it please so I can use the app again.
Have banked with these people for 23 years. Terrible install process. Google wants your firstborn to install app. Can not tell if Billpay pays via check or is electronic. Had problems with snap check. This is a GIANT step backwards. USAA has a vastly superior app. I am only giving this app 1 star because it seems I can not give it zero stars. Horrible. UGH! Update. Called these guys and they were no help at all. Person that answered the phone repeated a memorized script multiple times.
Im so sad that this no longer works. Ive used unitus mobile banking for years, and was excited for an update. Come to find out that the new app doesnt work on my phone. So now I have no options for using it outside of browser. Huge bummer :/
Snap check freezes the app everytime! Have to close it and reopen the app in order to do anything... Seems to work otherwise, but stay away from trying to make a deposit using Snap Check!
Current version is incompatible with Android 9 (Pie) EDIT: A simple reinstall brought up a policy accept/deny window and it works perfectly now.
Used to work, now it doesn't. For the last 3 months I've gotten an error message saying "device not authorized". Supper disappointing.

Confusing there's 2 versions of this app on the store, I thought it was a rouge app at first, but this is the older one. Uninstall.
Now asks for an authentication code from your email to login. However you can't submit it because the button does not react when pressed. Please fix
Pretty much worthless app. Requires an emailed security code EVERY TIME I LOG IN... after entering my password. No settings to disable this, remember this device, etc...
My app used to work until today. I've uninstalled & reinstalled 3 times & all I get is a picture. Nothing else :( I'm so upset as I used to use my app a lot! Please fix!!
This banking app is not compatable and doesnt update your account. Once I have purchased something it doesnt go through on your online account.

my phone updated today and now when clicking on the Unitus app to check my balances, it wont log in, just shows DEVICE NOT AUTHORIZED. What the heck? Why? please fix this.
The check deposit is annoying, why does it always have the shutter sound?! No Bill Pay access.
This is literally how I see what's going on with my accounts & make transfers when needed. No problems ever, than you!
This app is POINTLESS. I can't log into my account at all because, like many others, it won't accept my confirmed security code. I can tap the button a hundred times, send multiple codes, everything, but it's useless. I'm going to close my account and go to Rivermark. This is just complete trash, and the fact that they don't care to address app issues or concerns after so many reports is telling of their customer care overall.
