This app has "an unexpected error" at least once a day. Sometimes it loads just a white screen. Un/reinstalling doesn't fix it. Also (and this is nitpicking,) Idk why credit union apps are copying each other but just a copy/paste of the app seems so cheap. Finally, the screen that shows when you are done with a transfer should give you the options to return to accounts. There is so much useless clicking in this app.

Same as others, the app does some weird rotation and distortion with mobile deposits nine times out of ten. Pretty much all I need the app to do, and it's broken. If I try repeatedly, it will work eventually. Note 20 Ultra on 12.

It says right on the front page of the website "access to mobile banking 24/7. That is false! If that were true then I would absolutely be able to access my account balance which I cannot! Maybe it should have in parentheses that says access cannot be achieved when the mobile app is undergoing maintenance. 🙄😒 Edit to add: Thank you for responding back.

As a Simple refugee and now a One refugee, this credit union app really surprised me in terms of features and functionality. It could use a little work on the UX side as it's not quite a match for what some neobanks are putting out these days, but overall, nice work!

As of 2/24 whenever I attempt to make a mobile deposit, the app does something very strange when taking pics of the check. Your app turns the check sideways and elongates the image, and it will not accept the strange pictures that result. I therefore cannot make a deposit. This is a big problem! Maybe it's just the version on my Pixel phone?

Haven't been able to open the app or login since it was updated months ago. Opens then closes, tells me there's a bug, offers to clear the cache, and then to open the app. Never opens though, just repeats the process. Reinstalled 4x, pointless.

Just got a galaxy 22 ultra and the app will not open.Says an unexpected error had occurred please try again later. Installed and uninstalled several times always the same.

Never ending issues. After I uninstall it and reinstall it yet again, there's always one feature that doesn't seem to be working after re-installation... usually I have to log into the app every single time I use it! And of course, it always crashes on me at the most inopportune time... like when I'm standing in the grocery line with no clue how much money I have in my account which is nerve-racking at times. If I wasn't so busy/lazy, I would switch Banks based on its being so unreliable.

I love the financial institution but their app is a little weird. It has issues when you've logged in and left the app in the back ground it doesn't just take you to the login screen but you have to close the app out go back in before you can re log in. Also on my Galaxy S10 Plus at the login screen it's continuously switches between to viewing modes which just makes my screen flicker and shift up and down. Also the previewing of your accounts doesn't really seem to work on my phone ever.

Update: still really liking the new implementation. The only frustrating thing is when I go into my checking account for example and hit the back button, it signs me out completely instead of going back to the accounts page. Can achieve by using back button at top left like on an iOS device, but Android users are used to their back button! Improved for sure. Was not pumped yesterday when I went to log in (on PC!) to pay my mortgage and was forced to answer a bunch of security questions.

Great update to the old app. Feels fresh. Only issue is the fingerprint login. It immediately tries (and fails) to use facial recognition instead of fingerprint. No option to select which to use, and this is the only app facial recognition doesn't work with. I'm on an Galaxy S10, if there's a way to force fingerprint in the app, I'd love it!

This new app it terribad. I try to log in and it gets to recieving accounts and freezes every time. At least I could log in to my old app. What low end, cut rate programmers did you hire that you have to do case by case troubleshooting because they couldn't multiplatform an app BEFORE launch. if the upgrade was so demanded, why didn't you sink more into its development and maybe a beta test. Thanks for a waste of drive space.

Can't even open the app. When I try, I get an error message. Since they closed the old app I'm now unable to use mobile deposit, which is really the only reason I have the app in the first place. Contacted them and was told to use the website instead, which does not allow for mobile deposit. When I pointed this out, I got no response. Why they chose to shut down the old app is beyond me, as leaving it working for a while would at least have smoothed over the transition while they worked out the kinks in the new one. Terrible rollout of a deeply flawed app.

My mobile security tells me it's unsafe to upload....I've had this issue since the new unitus logo. Please advise. Thank you for your reply. I'll try again through Google Play. I have already updated my device in April and still have the same issue.

I feel it needs some more attention on the backside. Your UI isnt back and well laid out. The lack of pendings for transactions is disappointing, leads people away from peace of mind. I would suggest using a grey background so its easier on the eyes especially on devices with bright backlights. Then add a few stripes of catapillar yellow or is it school bus yellow. Eitherway you get the point. All in all guys it's great and useful.

bring back the old app! the new one is slow, hard to see, to much on a single page. keep things simple, it is an app for a phone not for use on a pc. there is to much info on the screen making it to small to read. get rid of the ad in the middle of the page and the useless paragraphs of words

App works great. Very stable. I can access all of my accounts with ease. The finger print log in is very beneficial. I do have difficulty with the scan check feature. I've never been able to get it to work, though I suspect that has more to do with the camera on my phone than the app itself.

Good app, unfortunately it syncs incorrectly with some of my apps now. *Edit: I can't sync to my Stride app correctly because it sees all the bank accounts' transactions, not just the one checking account that my login was for. Also, telling me to use "Google my business" to DM you is incredibly vague and ineffective. Next time, try adding a link or email address. 🤦

After I log in, it shows the bar loading credentials, then gets stuck at, retrieving your accounts. It is completely frozen and will not proceed. I cant even see my accounts or do anything at all. I have tried to force stop on the app, but it still just gets to the point of retrieving your accounts then stops. It's really frustrating that I cant bank online.

Used to be a great app! However, the latest update has made the app unusable with my device (Pixel 5). I get the company logo on a white background. Everything is up-to-date and I uninstalled/reinstalled, turned device off/on again, and gave it a few days before leaving a review in case it was a backend issue being fixed. Seems like it's not. Really sad to be unable to use mobile banking.

Updated 7/17 - It's fixed, app works well. Setup wants my birthdate but only offers a calendar with today's date selected, and an arrow to go back one month at a time. I'd have to scroll through 40+ years to get to the correct date. No thanks. I'll be back when that's fixed.

The app randomly locks you out and requires reloggins out of nowhere and for some reason I have to put in my birthdate, but I can't just put in the date mm/dd/yy, I have to press the year and then select the month and day which was not made obvious. Speaking as a developer, a simple input of the date would be far more intuitive.

The one improvement this app's made over the past decade has been the ability to sign in with a PIN. Besides that, it's lacking in both usability and messaging. I don't like feeling completely lost as a user, but that's kind of how I feel whenever anything goes wrong, which seems to happen a lot with my accounts.

Like the new look, though there's definitely still some issues to work out. No Snap Check Deposit on the Android app. It appears that it works w/iPhones. Also the widget page closes automatically when I try to open it, in the app. I've heard Unitus is working on the Snap Check issues.
