Very bad. I hope you password doesn't expire. Or they will not notify you of it until its to late and you need to pay bills. If fiserv goes down so does the app which is very inconvenient. The forgot password option on the main page is a dummy button. It does nothing. You get to the input your info portion and it spins and take you nowhere. This bank all together is very poorly ran. Watch your acct. They like to give fees that you don't deserve. Remote deposit does not work either.
Over the last 2-3 weeks I have been unable to sign into the mobile app. There is a po p up message saying my credentials cannot be verified. It happens when signing in by password or by fingerprint. This is very frustrating.

The app generally works fine however this is the 3rd time, across a few different devices this month where my app stops registering touch. I can't sign in, can't make any transactions within the app, nothing. It acts as though I don't even touch my screen.
For at least the last month or more it's impossible to try and open this app. I constantly get a pop up saying something about the security and the app is unable to be used. It's really quite frustrating and annoying and I'm honestly thinking of just leaving this Bank all together because your app don't work. I don't know what you did to it but you should really fix it because reading the reviews looks like you have a lot of very unhappy customers right now.
Everytime I try to open the app now to check my account, a pop-up saying something about the security settings dont work and it closed out right away. There is nothing in the settings I can do about it. Re-installing didn't help either.
The app has been nothing but problems since the last update! I have an account with another bank that runs flawlessly for years. Please quit making me change my password!!! I haven't needed to change my password with the other bank, haven't been hacked there either! If me changing my password every few months is your idea of security, you might want to step up your game and take notes from other banks!
This is a great app. You can see all your accounts, real time balance, use finger print to sign in, and do deposits and transfers. Love it!
Very easy to use. I do 95% or more of my banking via the mobile app. UPDATE 3/17/2022 Changed rating to 4 stars mostly because if required password changes EVERY 6 months. That is too hard to remember!!
I have been unable to get into the app. It keeps telling me that I need to validate my password, and I know I am entering in the right information. This app has been down more then it has been working. Please fix this issue or get a new app.
I haven't been able to access the app for the last 3 weeks!! Just closes as soon as I open it!!! Very frustrating!!!
This is the worst banking app I've ever used. Almost every time I try to use it, it has an error message that says to please call for assistance. So over it!
First it was hard and now I am use to it, it gets the job done, i gave 4 because there is always room for improvement plus it is fast so I know where I stand on a consistent basis
The app is almost perfect. The only complaint I have is that I can't use a fingerprint sensor to confirm a transfer.
Wouldnt let me even redownload the app to try and get the update, NEED to be able to see my account and this is absolute bull. Should not have to wait weeks upon weeks waiting for a damn banking app to work..
Won't let me open the app to use it and something about security soon as I click on the app I get booted right away...
New App with Instant Balance feature is Convenient and Very Nice to have. Thank you Unity Bank!

It's ok. It glitches sometimes and won't let you open the app
so far so good, called the bank to make sure i was able to transfer like i wanted, she explained to me how to do that n all went accordingly.
I hate the new app I can't login to my account because of something so stupid I want the old app back were I can actually login screw your new app
Love the new mobile deposit feature. I only bank with Unity. Proudly since 1994.
Easy to use. New to the mobile app but it works good so far.
(Update) App update seems to have resolved the issues that I had. After a year of use, It often will not allow me to access my account so I cannot deposit checks. Fingerprint access also loses memory of my fingerprint, so I am required to reset my fingerprint. If those were fixed it would be a great app.
