Unity Launcher Free

I understand its free but it disappears all the time and I'm a very busy person, it helps in so many ways you wouldn't believe.. That being said please make it to where it will pop back up after exiting an app and opening my phone to use it.. Please help or I will look else where thank you very much

App is very reliable, haven't had any issues. Only suggestion is that it would be nice if app icons would display a highlight to indicate that it was pressed. Often times I wait for a second or two before app launches not sure if the press registered. Other than that though good job!

This has been a must have for my phones for some time. Extremely convenient. It allows me to be efficient while having a very minimal homescreen. I love having a torch short cut on the bar. My only real gripes are that I wish it popped up instantly instead of being animated one app at a time. It's still fast, but it could be faster. And the spacing is off on the Note 4. Sometimes, it glitches and I can only see the top half of the bar but it's rare and easily fixable. Worth trying.

I loved this launcher on my old rooted Nook Color with CM7-- Now I have a Nook HD+ and it just crashes immediately. This really made android look & feel a little like Ubuntu Touch, and kind of satisfies your twitch for Ubuntu Touch. Even though it crashes for me, this is a great launcher, and I recommend it to anyone! (Awaiting the first line of Ubuntu tablets)

There are umpteen of these on Play now. Most only have preselected apps on the bar. Convenient but not "multi-tasking." This on integrates contacts/dialing while others do not which is great. I have been using two: homeflip with contacts-notification. Difference: Recently run (and/or still resident) apps appear on the bar instead of or in addition to preselected favorites. Favorites can be added from recently runs quite easily. One can choose how many apps as well. So with inclusion of homeflip's recent apps functionality, this one would do the whole job. BTW, this appears to be neither a launcher (trebuchet or stock is still there!) nor an overlay (such as homeflip), nor is it an accessibility-selected service. I like its seemless integration, wish others would follow suit!

On my Samsung note 8.0 the launcher gets a little cut off at the top and I have to tap the screen to fix it but that makes it go away. Plus it won't let me change the color. I'm sure this is something that can be fixed. It works fine on my nvidia shield. Edit: it just started working idk why it wasn't working before.

Needs two things a setting to disable when certain apps are being used (games). Also when I hide my statusbar the unity launcher does not fill the gap. 5* anyways

I just upgraded from the Galaxy Note 3 to the Note 4, and Unity Launcher no longer works. I can get into the setup but as soon as I press "Pin apps to launcher" I get, "Unfortunately Unity Launcher has Stopped. Uninstalls and reboots don't help. If there an incompatibility?

At first, the function was glitchy ie the bar would not activate on gesture. But have messing with the settings, seems to work just fine. Great ap, a must have for anyone that needs to jump from one app to another without having to long press or minimize all windows.

Takes getting used to.. You have to find out the exact spot which does not come in the way... Wud it be possible to give an option of no of rows we want.. Like if I want more than one row so that I don't have to scroll down so much...

It a great tool to compliment a samsung note ii so I can launch favourite apps with one hand. please remove animate effect that's to show to be practical. Thx for listening.

After installing this app,It doest going to effect the default launcher unlike smart launcher...which always do that

Difficult to use when you have a full screen widget. Don't like the little tab that is always present. Otherwise very good quick launcher.

will lost apps in the pin list also the hot spot is changing to default all the time. please fix

I have searched a bit for such an app but this is the only one I found that can be used easily with the android menu - thanks to the developer !

I click on the app to open it and it immediately crashes... So if you fix this I will change my rating but until then it's a one star for me

Gud bt need improvmnt.place a arrow indicator.when touch the arrow slide bar will show like s3 and note.automatically strt option when restart the phone.

I tab at the edge the bar pops out n stays. I can swipe up n down to select my apps where as glovebox is a one swipe action. Making it harder to select the app you want when release your swipe

Absolutely love this app. Only one thing. Please be able to use various icon packs for the applications. Please think about it. <3 ily

I love Ubuntu and can't wait for Ubuntu Phone, this is a one way to feel it closer! P.S. Ad a gesture across screen to go home! PLEASE!!!

The app is really good. But I found I problem in tab it is coming on half screen.if press home or back it comes full screen... plz fix this waiting for update.

I love this app... I just wish it wouldn't require constant relaunching in order to use it.

It was something I was looking for, but it had a bug where it won't let me touch anything where the bar is even though the bar disappeared. Too bad.
