App keeps showing "connection error, check network connection" every time I try to login, meanwhile I have used other bank app to do the same transaction... I thought my version was outdated, updated it and still getting the same message. What exactly is the challenge with you guys that you just won't grow as you should. Please do something or keep losing 'something' every day. Thanks

This bank and the app are both useless. The money I received for almost a month is not reflecting on the app. Also it takes almost 3 to 4 days to receive alert for transactions. That's nonsense.

Very useless app, there's nothing good about this app, they always have a terrible network problem, been trying to sign up and they're telling me network issue poor wretched bank.

Most useless bank and app ever. Opened my NYSC account with them, seems my details were shared with third parties who kept on calling me for OTP to do upgrade. This is an account I just opened and I have not done any transaction on it. I wonder why a bank will allow untrusted people to work for them as staff.

[as of December, 2019] I transfered money and it got hook, no debit and no credit. You can't transfer more than 20K unless you call customer care to increase your limits.(which is another frustrating process). They are so inconfident about thier app, that they have a discalimer about how they take no blames if anything goes wrong while using thier app. So dissapointed, Wack App!

What makes it "mobile" when you cannot carry out banking transactions? You cannot make purchases or pay bills online. The only thing you may be lucky to do is transfer to another bank account. And even that is a hassle.

Couldn't register They said I should use numbers, alphabets and symbols. I did but it's still showing me the same things Everything about this bank is just Have not been able to make transfers, recharge, or check my balance throughout this month They be removing charges up and down This is just the worst bank I know

dissatisfied. After re downloading the app, I keep getting this error message that says I should check internet connection. meanwhile, I have a very strong Internet connection which I used for the download. kindly assist

Can't use USSD, internet banking or app. Useless! App and internet banking keeps asking for password that contains letters, numbers, special characters, at least 5 characters long, but doesn't recognize them! Can only use ATM card.

Verify useless app. I am trying to register, I met the password criteria but the criteria keep popping each time I click the register button. Please fix it. It's so frustrating!!

Normal, but sometimes when you transact on Saturday and Sunday it normally showed the date of the next day, and some people need the screenshot of the transaction then you look suspicious. Please try to improve on the part

This is the most annoying Mobile App I'm using. Why will I have a daily limit of 1k when I'm running a savings account? Plus My balance on the app is different from the balance of my last transaction and I keep wondering how... Honestly guys you need to step up your services.

Very useless app. I tried making a Transaction and the app is telling me to download a newer version. Tried checking for a new version here but can't see any update. Poor design, can't check balance. Nonsense app

Why is everything about this bank frustrating. You guys manoeuvre your ways to make it compulsory to open unity bank account for nysc, just look at your service,messed up. USSD codes not working, can't withdraw with my atm at your bank, can't recharge, can't transfer... Nothing. Shame!

I hope there is zero star, that's what this useless app deserve. I've never seen a frustration app and banking operations like Unity bank. I regret wasting my time opening an account with this bank. Everything is zero.

Please improve on your internet banking banking services.it's frustrating and annoying that one cannot transfer money instantly using your ussd code, tried downloading the app the same thing happened,improve or i stop banking with you.

Very useless app. I can't transfer funds and after the last update I couldn't even do any transaction as it kept crashing

One of best app have ever used, smooth when running a transaction or online purchase. It does not consume data and ever ready app 24/7. U guys are guru, u mean expect.

The bank & the app are both useless, I regret having an account with them. Nothing works with them, I have sent my complaint severally yet no improvement. At this rate I'm tired.

Stupid and rubbish bank. Useless customer service. I made a transaction to my account. I received a credit alert and can't find it on the app. Foolish people

This is the most useless bank and app i have ever seen. I can only transfer 1000 naira in 48 hours. What a shame. I wrote several emails to the customer service with no solution.

Difficult and unable to enroll account number. What a waste of time and data to download. Pls do something to make it better.

Is this a commercial bank or family bank, because it seems to me like only handful of people can use the app and this bank doesn't want to improve at all, as if improvement is a deadly sin. You better sell this bank to best solution books.

Does this App works at all ... imputing my details and giving the same response about password after all necessity have been done...very bad experience
