Universal BluRay Remote Control

Easy to navigate and find the correct brand and it's trial and error on which version of that brand is. Fortunately the one I needed was the second option I tried. Does what I needed, turned blu Ray off and on, paused and stopped BUT if I paused and wanted to play again the app remote wouldn't work. Had to use the play on the blu-Ray player to get it back on. Other than that couldn't find a fault in first time use.

As it's my very first controller app to connect with another device I can't compare it to anything else but for the limited time I've used this app I've had no problems with configuration or working out how its used . I was surprised how quick it was connected after I opened the app followed by selecting the brand name then search the first attempt recognised the device (Blu-ray /DVD) while on to turn it to standby I turned it back on and saved .I'm amazed cheers

This is the only bluray "dvd" player thats worked! Did not work with my Samsung G-S9 but worked on an older tablet. The app gives you a real remote feel. I only wish the app worked on more then just bluray dvd players. This apps ads are not often and last 5 seconds each before you can exit out of the ads! It's easy to use, is fast and most importantly it works!! Thank you for creating this app.😄 It's perfect♡ Requires: IR blaster. Most newer phone/tablet models won't work with most apps.

What it doesn't say is that it requires an IR blaster (infrared blaster) to already be on your phone, like with most remote control apps. This is a device that emulates an infrared remote control to autonomously control a device via infrared signal. If you have an newer phone this app likely won't work, because newer phones no longer come with the IR blasters. If your device is "smart" equipped look for an option to control your device via Wi-Fi. If not, look for a universal remote around $10

By far one of the best universal remote apps I've come across. The only reason for the 4 star rating and not a 5 star is due to not being able to find or pair up the tv/bluray player i have in a less popular name. A DIY button layout on your compatible remote would also come in handy so you only have the buttons you need and use. Besides that I think this app is fantastic.

Worthless, no good description how to use, pressing and hold not working, press once and jumps to the next screen saying device not supported. For each try you must watch advertisement. Stay away! It doesn't work.

I travel all over for work. I basically live in hotels and the one thing i need is my movies before bed & yet another long work day. I forgot my remote and my player (like most) can't get to the menu without one. This app saved my trip & sanity.

Works pretty well for my Blu-ray player I was really happy to find this app because the remote for my Sony Blu-ray player got lost over a year ago and until I found this app I couldn't use it at all

Buttons don't always work, but it does it's job most of the time and it's a far better option than buying a new remote. Now requires you to download some IR thing to use. Refuse to use now.

You have to go through each one to find which one works this is not explained , so if first one dont work just hit no it will advance you to next one . Mine was Sony 11, so watch the top of your screen before you think its not working until you find the.one that works for all your functions not just on and off they all may turn it on check for play or FF if that dont work hit no that will advance you to the next untill you can play ,other than that i'd give it a 5

As it is digital, you should be able to customize button placement. Currently the buttons are all over and mixed up. That said it works.

Works well.. Have a Sony Blu ray player and lost remote. I'd try Sony 11 first. Some buttons turn on the player but don't operate the functions. 11 works all.

it works perfect with my sony s5500 and my samsung s5. however the ads (full screen) are very intrusive. i would give 5 stars otherwise. buttons should also be reworked. a paid version would be ok.

Absolutely useless. This app bombarded me with ads, drained my battery and gave me a massive headache. So If you want to waste your time, kill your phone and give yourself an instant migraine, then by all means download other wise try using a brick as a controller. It's just as useful and has less ads

Works great, most of the time. But after about 3 weeks it just quit working on my blue-ray player. Had to reinstall to make it work again.

Excellent app, been using for a year! Please change the layout of the remotes so they resemble the physical remote--its a bit confusing.

I lost my factory remote months ago and when setting up and universal it would always say set up2 and not allow me to do anything with the remote this is the first thing that has allowed me to work my Panasonic 360 on Blu-ray player lovely app

I lost my remote for my sony Blu-ray player. Now I am able to operate Blu-ray player with this app. 5 star for the developers.

Quickly found the correct Sony BluRay model. It works! Why thr odd decision not to include the no. 9 on the keypad? Most odd!

Got the app to work my Blu-ray and it said I couldn't use for my player because I didn't have infrared on my phone.

Interface is a little clunky but get a the job done. Hopefully once I leave this review, it will stop harrassing me to do so. Also, it has ads that you have to click out of to get to your remote.

Trash number one every one of these remote control apps knows that your phone has to have infrared blaster but none of them tell you that before you download this garbage that they're pumping out so you look for it but it's not in the description then you waste your time you download it they get the download I don't know what they think is going to happen when you review it but this is what happens so keep up the good work greedy pigs

Life saver after our infant son gummed and broke our remote control and we realised the dvd player had no control buttons on the unit itself! Great that you don't have to go hunting for the model too.

We brought our BluRay player home from our cabin and we forgot the remote. This app saved us the expense of buying a new remote or traveling back to get the other one. Thank you!

Lost my remote, so I thought I'd give it a try. Nothing ever really works out for me BUT I was shocked! Works great and easy to use.

Requires IR blaster which is not standard in any current phone models. Will not connect via smart functions like other apps.

Says "IR not supported" to me after pointing and clicking. I will rate it properly once i figure it out. Google Pixel XL

I tried a few of these apps when the app made for my blue ray play would not work. Love the lay out, it's simple and easy to use, I recommend this for sure.

This app really save me .I bought a Blu-ray player used. And the guy didn't give me the remote control. I couldn't set up anything without that
