I had paid outright for a full vertion of this app and now I'm on the free one again and they want more money to get the full vertion back. I feel conned. It did not keep my books etc. I can not access the help either. Not worth a monthly cost
Was excellent. Bought key ages for TTS as visually impaired. That worked perfectly. Now downgraded to free, with TTS gone, ads infesting, and them demanding a subscription to access what I already paid for. Sure paywall access to online book library, but down screw with what I paid for-ad free private reading and TTS.
Paid for the full version without adds and there are adds at the bottom of every page of every book. Completely distracting and unusable for me.
Why is this registration key still floating in the play store? No Universal Book Reader app exists for it. Obviously for Mobi System to hook you into buying subscriptions to their other software. Such are the intentions of a very sloppy developer that does not care about those that buy their ware.
Same as other users Paid for full product ages ago, and rather than create a new app subscription base and give users an option to go onto new subscription, they forced everyone whom paid onto a trial again with ads. Absolutely disgusted with this lack of respect.
I have already purchased it, it's meaningless that you rename it and want me to pay for it again. Now may pro app. became the free app. How come Google play doesn't protect it's customers from this theft
Same issue as others have noted. Bought paid version of the app, and now has switched to subscription model. Other app developers have done the same, but they grandfather in their loyal customers. Greedy practices merit 1 star reviews.
Bought the premium services to remove ads, and they delete the app that this key requires, then re-upload the app under a different name and require more money
Paid for full key now doesnt load pdfs and when it does it goes straight to an add and the pdf is nowhere to be found.

UB READER Vendor Media365 Pulled FAST ONE on FULL KEY Buyers! *** UB Reader Full Version WAS the very best ePub & PDF Reader & Library Organizer. Its developer decided to replace UB Reader with the new MEDIA365 reader, which is now ad-infested as a Free version and a MONTHLY $3 subscription for the FULL version. EVENTUALLY, Greed always wins over Integrity! NOTE: The actual developer is actually MobiSystems which produced the best Office Suite app in the early days of Android. Office Suite became grossly overpriced ... and Microsoft finally produced good Office android apps for Word & Excel. YOU ARE WELL ADVISED TO AVOID MobiSystem Apps ... they have become a total rip-off.
Tried to re-install full paid for app on new phone, app no longer exists,in any shape or form, yet full paid key still available !!!
I paid for full version key but after update lost access to premium features.
Used to be an awesome app, I paid for the full version now I get a stupid ad the start of it that I have to click through in order to use it

Just why do these designers "SELL" their software, and then after you buy it - take the full version or full version key (such as here) off of the market, just to replace it with an inferior substitute for their previously superior product? In my case, I did backup the key, but did not back up the actual app because the tablet bit the dust. I have since replaced it with two tablets, but now am going to have to buy some other app that will read both .mobi and .lit files along with the others that I generally use another reader primarily. This is LAME. This WAS a good product - it figures.
