Universal Remote for All TV

Don't install this app. When you open it an ad pops up. Ok, fine you can close it, but then when you start configuration another advert comes up. This one - You can't avoid it. There is no 'x' to close the advert and the 'x' doesn't come up after any amount of waiting as with other adverts. Also, a third advert opens a link on your Web Browser, and all of this is only within the first minute of opening the app!!! I don't know who put all those good ratings because you can't even use the app...

Immediately deleted this app after having unskippable ads before.... SETTING IT UP!!! I get a few banner ads on free apps, but if your advertisements directly interfere with the usefulness of your product, you're really shooting yourself in the foot. There's an ad before every step of the configuration process. I didn't even use this long enough to see if it would work with my tv.

Too many ads popping up before I could even try and connect to my TV. Worthless app that continually is asking for 5 stars. Don't bother, it seems none of the configurations seem to be even operational as it defaulted every time back to configuration 1. Useless. I don't understand how the rating is so high, they certainly can't be legitimate.

There's an ad for Every. Single. Button. You. Click. Literally no break in ads. This app is a million times more painful from the shear amount of ads than just walking to the tv and using the button panel (and I say that with a broken button panel that sometimes changes the channel when I'm trying to change the volume). If I could give 0 stars I would.

Horrible app. Do not use. I had it installed for less than 5 minutes and as soon as you go go make your selection there were giant and loud ads covering the whole screen. All that did was ensure I go out of my way to avoid those companies as well. Every time I went to make a selection....BAM...another ad....and so on and so forth. Not worth it. So infuriating I wasn't even able to set up the tv. If I could give it less than 1 star I would.

Garbage app. Constantly splays ads every ten seconds so it's impossible to tell if it's even working as you can't test it long enough. It also has a very limited selection of TVs and recommends you 'manualy set the TV IP'. Even if the remote worked on my TV the vibration function doesn't work on all button presses so I can't tell if I'm even pressing something and the ads are still so pervasive it's legitimately possible to do anything. STEER CLEAR.

Way, way, way too many ads. By the time I had installed and tried to select the model of my TV, I was hit with over 10 ads -- 3 of which I accidentally clicked on. I couldn't wade through them long enough to see if the app actually worked. So, if you want to see 5 ads just to change the settings, this is the app for you! Otherwise, it's garbage. Find something else.

Absolute worst app! You click 1 single thing on the screen and you get pop up ads. And if you dont touch the screen you have a pop up every 10 seconds. I do not recommend this app to anyone. Save your sanity and move on to a different remote app. I had this downloaded for all but 5 minutes and I couldn't take it anymore.

This app is absolute garbage. I've seen 50 ads in the space of time it took me to find and activate 1 single TV. Every time you press a button on the remote it either gives you a message or an advertisement. Frequently for tik tok. I couldn't be less pleased with any application. Poor design, poor development, poor delivery. Do not install this app.👎

Your app was trash, it didn't ask for my TV code, which would have made the set up easier, which was the whole point of downloading the application. The cherry on top was that you had 5 advertisements in the first 10 seconds that I had to click through. It was like trying to clear the pop ups on my grandma's computer, without the joy of "congratulations you've won"

This is a terrible app, if i could go lower than 1 star i would. "configuration" had 7 ads pop up, when it wouldn't "configure" it would vibrate with a message "help me. Give me 5 stars". When you would click "no", an ad would pop up. I tried clicking on the "remote", my phone would vibrate and tell me to select the model of my TV. At the beginning of all this, there's 5 questions asking what the model of your phone is, model of tv and 3 other questions that don't relate to the app. Don't do it.

Doesn't work bc it can't work. Your TV uses an RF Blaster, which smartphones stopped using years ago. Ironically, if you have an older model hone running Android, it could work. For instance my Samsung Note 3 included the technology, but to even use it the phone needed to be rooted, and the process was daunting to say the least. To quote a famous war film, these days, "You're just running into a burning house where nothing can be saved."

Good lord, I thought the other apps were bad, but this one... Yikes! The setup section is a lie: I selected LG, type, then get to the remote screen and it tells me to select a model - you know, what I just did? I selected IR as my input and it displays an error saying it couldn't find the TV on WIFI, so I suspect this ap is just not capable of using IR and the developer flat out lies about it. Oh, and you can't hit a single button without either being asked to rate or get a FULL SCREEN AD!

I get that ads are critical to keeping apps running and updated. That said, this app is over the top: there were so many ads that this application is not useful. Ads are the first thing the user sees, and the ones in this application are overly invasive. Ultimately, the number of pop-ups and re-directs render this app functionally useless.

It only has 11 tv brands on it in comparison to other apps that have dozens. By the time I was at the screen to see it didn't have my tv brand as an option I'd already seen 5 full screen adverts, some playing loud sound and I also had one that opened a browser to download an app that wasn'ton the Play store.. Save yourself the hassle and don't bother downloading.

Would give this app abaolutely 0 stars if possible. For one, it only supports like 4 tv brands. Then there's the ads. omg the ads. i tried to set the remote up, not caring about the ads as long as i could at least get it to work, but nope. everytime i would click a button, the ad would pop up first and take me to their website. absolutely ANNOYING.

Too many ads during set up and also an actual plea to help this app with 5 stars , all before you go through the configuration. To top it off, it was almost impossible to close the app as the ads kept popping up repeatedly. Over 10 ads and 2 pleas before I had to close the app. Uninstalled. 👎🏼

This app is so bad that it compelled me to write my first ever playstore review. You can't even open the app settings menu without an advert, and you can't use the app without a request for a 5 star review. Additionally, it doesnt actually work. I want to control an old CRT, but it insists i connect to the WiFi, even though I've chosen IR in the options, and this TV does not have wifi.

Terrible. Only has so many stars because it demands you to rate the app 5 stars before you even use it. After selecting my TV brand, the app didn't do anything at all, couldn't even try to connect the remote to my TV. Also, too many ads- I literally closed at least 5 ads within the first minute of using the app. Immediate uninstall.

Wouldn't even work, giant adds cover the whole thing. Terrible. If you want an app that you can just control your TV, DO NOT USE THIS ONE. If you like navigating through adds trying to find the little close out tab and going to a downloader for some game every time you wanna turn down the volume this app might be great for you.

This app seems to be only good for displaying as many ads as possible. The IR technology claims it cannot detect the device (TV), but I doubt it even attempts to. I tried toggling between the three IR configurations, but the app does not respond to/save setting changes.

Horrible experience. You can't set up the remote without several ads popping up and the makers begging for you to give them five stars. On top of the fact I couldn't even get the remote to work on my TV. Total trash. Uninstalled immediately.

I don't understand how this app has 4 stars of rating. It's PLAGED with ads to the point it is unusable. Also, even if I choose that I have a classic TV (not smart or Wi-Fi) it still tells me it can't detect the TV over Wi-Fi whenever I press the ON/OFF button. Pure garbage.

I expect ads with free apps. But their were so many, that I couldn't even get the remote setup for my TV. I only made it to the model of my TV before I got rid of it. During that brief period (under 2 minutes). I was asked to give it 5 stars 3 times, and had roughly 8 ads.

The name of this app on the store here is misleading, if not false advertisement entirely. It claims to be a remote for all tv types but upon opening the app I discovered that was not the case. it only works for Sony, Samsung, or LG. It also doesnt have many functions. If thats all ok with you then sure, download this. Otherwise dont waste your time.

Wow. This is quite litterally the WORST app I have ever tried to use. Just trying to configure the remote took over 10 minutes when it should have been only 1 minutes just because EVERY NEW STEP included at least one new ad video! All that just to find out it doesn't even work!

Don't waste your time with this trash fire. As soon as you open the app it asks for 5 stars and has ad after ad making it difficult to get to anything. And when you do it doesn't even connect to the TV. I was right infrount of my unobstructed TV and it didn't work. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. But I unfortunately can't.
