it does not work. it can turn on your tv but it crashes whenever you try to use the remote. ALL ELEMENT REMOTE APPS DO THE SAME!!!!! I HAAAAAAATE IT!!!!!! 1 star for turning on my tv. eventhough i can do it myself.
The app bailed me out of one broken remote situation. can't give you the five star because it's kind of tricky switching inputs and maneuvering the channel and up and volume buttons to adjust settings.
Every time you check one it takes you to an email screen to report problems. Then when you hit back it takes you to the main menu. Hit tv and you have to remember which one you tried last. Complete waste of time
Eff this app DECEMBER 2019 Every time I try to follow the directions it bypasses the test screen goes straight to "give us your email address" then you have to exit the app. Seriously? You can f right off with that noise.
Works but is not laid out well the remote works fine with my TV. It is laid out in the awkward way. It's hard to which from TV to anything else.
Even when you open the app you can tell it's a scam because their privacy policy, is privacy policy... they dont have one, oh and they ask for your email every time you try using a TV remote
I've found a remote for both TV's in one app. An. Old TV and a smart TV both were damaged! The puppy ate them😔. He left behind all the little pieces. Thank goodness!
Needed a remote to change tv/av and not even my dish remote would work, finally I don't have to get up anymore!
The only control that actually works for the element brand TV's. No issues.
It is the best I lost my controller and I can just use this app it is the best resource if you lose your controller
As many others said, ot just want your email. It's not an actual remote.
Most functions work for my tv but not volume for some reason but better then nothing!

Couldnt even select a model. not any one model in particular, none of the "available" models

Once the correct remote is loaded it works great!

Found that Element uses the same IR codes as LG, so I'm going back to my preferred app. This app is too slow to startup, takes too many taps to get to the remote, and it's bothersome to have a seperate app for this one TV.
