Very useful! Tells you exactly what time the shows are and the waiting times for each ride. It would be great if there was a timeline view of the shows so we could have easily planned the order of which we can watch them. Nonetheless, it was a much better experience than having to navigate the physical map.
This app is bull$#!†. Completely inaccurate. It claimed that a ride had a 15 minute wait but when we got to the entrance of the ride the sign said "30 minute wait". Also when a ride was broken down and temporarily closed, the App did not say so and claimed the ride was still open. A terrible and useless app.
It is ok except for 1 thing... The app is kinda glitchy. Sometimes when I click on things it will become unresponsive. Please fix this. Thank you.
Awesome tool to plan your next visit to USS which provides useful info such as Waiting Time of the Rides, next Show Time, Dining Option, Menus, Retail Outlets and many more!
It's okay to roughly see what's at the park, but most of it is not accurate. Wait times are completely wrong.
Wait times are not accurately updated. App shows 10 min wait time and in front of the ride it's 140 min wait!!!! What a huge difference!
Waiting time for rides is not accurately displayed. Staff did not informed riders of estimated waiting time promptly. First ride took me as single rider queue of 65 mins while the app showed 30 mins only. Second ride took me 70 mins but the app showed 40 mins only. Now I know why USS Singapore selling season passes like mad.
Worst app ever.. timing not accurate. stated 5 mins, went there its 30 mins.

What is the purpose for this app? It is just a map that hog your phone memory.
Misleading. Ride that shows 85 min long reflected as 5 min wait on the app.
Very useful, I know now where I should go first so that I don't have to wait for hours
all the up to date information you need to make the most of your day at Universal Studios Singapore.

Too simple and doesn't really help with the visitation experience. For example, it doesn't show all the rides unless they are open. So it doesn't help in planning the itinerary. This app is just a digital map that looks nice at best. In 2021, at the time when digitization means everything, this app behind those of other theme park. The park feels outdated, and under whelming. I am really sad that we can't get a better operator on our small island.
