Everything is always easy to find and transaction only seconds to complete.
I love far away from Westwood. This app allows me to make deposits from the comfort of my home, which saves time, gas and sitting in traffic.
Very smooth user experience. You get clear instructions each step of the way and the ability to check things, such as the clarity of the photo you just took of the check you're depositing. The credit union approves deposits within a day or two.
Fast and convenient. Always accurate. Effective answers by phone when needed. Great fraud notification. Money transfers easy, free, and accurate. Excellent app and great back-up service from UCU.
This app works well and the mobile deposit feature is very convenient!
Great app although it would be helpful to have an expected cleaning date for items that are pending. (The website used to have the feature and now it's gone from there as well.)

Theirs way to much maintenance on the system and it still doesn't work correctly I have fingerprint and able and assistant can't recognize it so it's not a good system
I don't like popmoney because it takes time is not instant or fast way to move money. Too many steps. I have another account with another credit union and they use zelle easy and the most important fast.
Ucu makes banking easy. Customer service is always great when I call in. I love, love the Video banking service because I can still meet face to face with a rep without going into the office!
Simple and functional, very responsive, don't even miss the desktop site.

My deposited checks rarely go through. They're always held for review. I don't like this.
Hate this app. I had a $10 balance thinking I had a $100 credit in my Mc balance, but due to the confusing way it's notated this app cost me a $10 late fee. Ridiculous. Such a simple thing should be much more user friendly.
