It's great in every way with the exception of here lately, it has been really hard to make it keep accepting my biometric use to open. It started when I got my new Z fold. It's still not letting me use my fingerprint! The issue has been fixed even after all this time.

Trying to get my 4 accounts listed on the homepage was nothing short if ridiculous. For some reason all of my accounts fell off the list and there is no direction as to how to add them. After two worthless 30+ minute calls to the CU with people who clearly don't know the app or how the website works I finally figured it out by trial and error. Most customers probably have one account but employees should know how to help those with multiple accounts. They don't know the various functions.

Runs very smoothly, and efficiently. Adds are just a banner at the bottom- not imposing. The only thing I wished they had that they took away was a link to their rewards.

I used to love this app but ever since the new update, I am unable to log in. I've tried restarting my phone. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Nothing has worked. But I am able to sign into my account if I go through the internet on my phone. Just not the app.

Great app. Only issue is seeing more of the transactions at once. Only 25-40% of the screen can be used for that with bloated headers and useless material taking up too much of the webpage, requiring careful scrolling, even with "hiding" some unwanted features. Otherwise, it's excellent, easy to use, safe, complete.

I'm flummoxed to see people consider this an appropriate venue to express woe with U of U Credit Union as an institution rather than reviewing the app. I guess to each their nonsensical own. I've enjoyed using the app since 2015. It's a secure, user-friendly place for all your internal banking needs. It was designed with simplicity in mind, so it handles the all basics with ease - transfers between accts/loans, mobile deposits, etc. Bank by app with a smile. Leave complexity to your computer.

I love the way I'm treated when going into my branch also, how if I'm a multilevel short on a bill they will cover me until I get there to cover it. The charge for this service is a bit much but a cancelation would be more.

With the latest update, this app is now terrible. Two examples: It lists a card that expired months ago, but won't let me deactivate it, let alone remove it. And when I enter travel dates so that my card won't get rejected while traveling, as soon as I hit "Submit" it arbitrarily changes the dates I entered to a completely different set of dates. There's no way to get it to accept the actual dates that I entered, and this has happened the last two times I've traveled. I have no idea whether my card will work out of state or not.

I love is app. It give me the opportunity to do the same things on my desk0top. I can be on the go and still my balance, transfer funds. I also can check before I buy. You guys are still doing an excellent job

Overall good app for checking your balance. A little confusing to transfer money. I had to switch to desktop version to understand it. Also enabling fingerprint access bypasses quick balance which is annoying. You should have the option to quick balance or scan finger.

Mostly a good app. When I tried to deposit my govt stimulus check (covid-19, may 2020), I wasn't able to get it to deposit. This may be because it is a govt check or the amount--but I can't help thinking that for anyone who is autoimmune or otherwise in a vulnerable group, it would be easier to deposit such a check via mobile app than by going to the bank drive-thru or ATM. App is a little clunky, but decent. Mostly use it for depoaiting checks remotely. App does not play well with multiple accounts (ie., cant view personal accounts along with joint accounts, have to switch between them), which limits functionality.

Some updates recently seem to fix old issues with alerts and now you can transfer between linked accounts much easier. Would be nice to have nicknames that only show on account the list. The account name has too much info and wraps on list view.

This app does the job but it's pretty basic. i wish i had functionality to pull up detailed statements and bills associated with accounts and loans. Otherwise it's easy to use but if you want to see more detail grab your computer.

Good when it wants to be. I have to set up bill pay on the website and then it takes a week before that bill pay I set up shows as an option. Today I tried signing in with both password and fingerprint and all I get is OFX cant accept the DS token. Bummer that this app isnt identical to the website.

With the last update there's no way to sign out. I like to make sure I have signed out. The format is not as good as before. Plus, previously I was able to see pending deposits. I understand that you have to update to keep accounts secure which I appreciate, but you didn't have to change everything around so it's a big mess.

Good but not always reliable. It is frustrating to me that I have to check online when payments disappear. Also if I want to transfer money from my account to my already saved outside bank the app won't allow me, so I have to use the web, rending this app 75% useless.

since the update of the new online-banking I have had a problem with Bill Pay. I use a Samsung tablet I'm not able to add a new payee onto my bill pay. I would like to be able to do that I have no access to a regular PC. I think it was overlooked when it was created. are they going to fix that.?

I gave this app 5 stars, but the new update is telling me there is an app intercepting my touchscreen security. I've never dealt with this before with any of my other banking apps, and I have done a sweep of my phone and found nothing of the sort. I hope this gets resolved.

Ok so I still love my app. I check it obsessively. But the recent update has got me taking back a star. It used to have all of my loan info right there front and center when I scrolled through all of my accounts. Now it's two clicks away and for the first time in my payment history, I was late making my payment. (Only a few days, but still) If you guys could undo that so I can see that info again, I'll gladly give back that 5th star.

I opened a business account so my small business would be separate from my personal accounts. But they lumped all my family accounts together in one place. And didnt tell me thats how it works. So every time i tried signing into my account with my password, it didn't work. i had to use my wife's password, which is hard to remember. i dont like having all my accounts in the same place. But this is their stupid policy. and the app is so so. Overall i might move to another credit union.
