The app continuously crashes and affects getting assignments in on time. I have submitted continuous feedback asking for help and have not received it. I just saw that the last update was in 2015 which was the year I got the app.
It worked great for my first course. The second the server kept screwing up and I can't even get ahold of anyone because the email listed for the developer doesn't exist. I hope the developer sees this and resolves this problem because this is a great app.
It's great to have on hand, however trying to make posts is such a hassle! It either crashes in the middle of it and sometimes it saves it... sometimes it doesn't! Then when you try to post it, it tells you connection error and won't post it. Drives me nuts.
I enjoy using the app! Having access to my class in the palm of my hand is convenient while traveling, during work, cooking, at the park with my kids, etc. I am glad Phoenix created an app that provides flexibility, classroom updates, access reading materials, etc.
They need to update the app so it can run better on the newer operating system for android. Notifications does not work and the app crashes sometimes when you first open it.
NOT up to date. Doesn't work anymore with the new blackboard system so you are forced to use a desktop pc for the classes at UOP. They really need to update this app to work with blackboard.
Would be great if you could update this app to work with Android Pie... notifications have been broken for months across every phone running Pie. otherwise the app works as good as it always did... Would also be nice to provide fingerprint login support...
This app works well when it comes to keeping up to date on weekly discussions and reviewing the weekly content. The problem is, I have experienced regulalry over the past 4 years issues where I am writing a reply or a post and the app force closes. Please fix this issue and I'll raise this to a 5 star review.
This doesn't work with the Galaxy 10. this needs to be fixed UOP. Most of us are on the go, not having the option to Log on while we're on our phones really does stink.
You guys need to update this app as far as tech goes its extremely old and hasn't had an update in years. it works as far as reviewing assignments but it's awful UI and loading is terrible.
on my old phone the app worked just fine. when i upgraded Everytime I log on i get an error about it not working. this is a great app IF you wiuld fix the log in issue
App doesn't work with newer phones. software of app needs to be updated. Won't sync due to old software on the app.
Grades on the app don't match my grades in the class, some assignments show up as if I never turned them in. The only thing I use this app for doesn't even work.
Not for Samsung Note 9?? I use to use this app all the time now version 3.4 is not allowing me To log in. Please fix this issue and send out a message to students when it's available for android.
it works poorly on the latest version of android. And look at the last release date. 2015? 3 and a half years ago? Two stars is GENEROUS.
this app is absolutely pointless. you cannot see class material, download homework, work on homework, or submit assignments using this app. literally all you can do with this app is post in class discussions. and you cannot do so without the app crashing or saying you have no internet connection to post said discussion. if you are a students of University of Phoenix honestly just forget about this app. it is absolutely useless
I need more if not all access to posts to assignments and activities. I would like to read essay requirements over my phone while I'm at work so I can take notes during lunches
I think this app is very user friendly and it helps me too keep up with my school schedule ,discussion boards, etc...
good concept would be better if you can access the books and other material from it as well .
every time I try to log in it tells me the app is for an older version of android and is unable to process.
As a graduate this app doesn't offer any resources such as Order Transcripts. It simply reads No Classes and sends me back to Log in.
useless app. last updated in 2015. they just released a new classroom layout but cant bother to update their app
The app worked pretty good until UoP switched to blackboard. Now the app is useless!
This app is cery convenient when posting in the class for participation points. It's easy to use.
After last android update, the app is no longer capable with s9. please update app!!
Does not work well on Android 9.0 pie. Says notifications will not work.
Easy to use but force closes when posting in class discussions. Notifications are missed, I get maybe 10% notifications on discussions. Now the app closes before I can open it. I keep going to my play store to see if there's an update, but there never is. Please see if there's something you can do to fix this issue. Thank you.
