Haven't been able to watch the novelas for the past week. They are not being posted daily anymore. Not sure if it's an update issue or just not gonna be able watch it anymore. I'm paying $11 for nothing no new content is being uploaded. Probably will canceling my subscription if it's not fixed by my next billing cycle
The app is just not worth the price it keeps stopping and when it downloads it takes forever. This app also has lots of ads during show and it's always the same ads over and over. I wouldn't mind it so much if the ads were removed and if it wouldn't stop playing while watching so frequently because it has to dowload the video.
The shows are not up to date,there hasnt been a new recorded episode on the new current novelas to watch since last week,and im not paying so much so that i dont have the privilage to see the novelas that are currently going on.there is way too many ads aswell,not too happy with this app anymore.
I watch about 30 -38 commercials in one episode. 3 back to back the exact same commercial. I have watched 6 commercials in one break. You must be on standby because commercials are super loud, blasting. When my show voice comes back on commercials are still playing and the voice of both over each other. Absolutely awful. Canceling subscription when I am done with my show. It's awful 😖.
I paid the subscription for one specific novela and it was taken off the next day. Also for $10.99 you would think there wouldn't be any ads, not the case. This app needs a lot of work. If you stop in the middle of an episode when you go back to finish the episode under the continue watching section the next episode doesn't automatically play. You then have to go the show and scroll all the way down to your episode, not ideal for novelas that have over 100 episodes.
We pay 11 dollars for commercials and limits .. i canceled my subscription. It would be better if we could watch our shows for that price.
The channel itself has missing episodes of Mi Fortuna Es Amarte so I downloaded the app hoping to watch the missing episodes, but to my great disappointment,the app is also missing episodes ☹️😬
$10.99 for on demand shows with ads. Novelas are not updated daily. So if a episode airs on Monday it may not appear for on demand watching until up to 3 days later! Just terrible.
The ads drive me crazy, even though I pay a subscription the ads pop up 3 to 4 times during a episode. THE SAME ADS. I got to the 11th episode and could not use this app anymore. If it wasn't for the ads I'd still be using it.
Why are the Novelas not showing? I have been wanting to watch them for a week and they are not showing. The last time Soltero con hijas and Mi Fortuna Es Amarte played was April 25th. This needs to be fixed I FEEL LIKE YALL ARE STEELING FROM US!!!
Worst app ever. I paid $10 subscription to see on Demand, and is loaded with ads, even more than tv, ads looping and looping and getting stuck when broadcasting on TV with chromecast. Other subscription based streaming apps don't have ads, why would you have ads on demand?
Just be a great app but went like nextflix 🚫 blocking ,and making us regulars ,going to search for this app allover, yes to see this app, NOPE no one going that far to search for this app ,NOPE U S A has somany entertainment, to see sorry for this app

This is the worst app ever can't wait for my subscription to end. It freezes constantly and when I hit play again it takes me to a commercial every time and that can happen every 2-3 mimutes. So sick of the repetitive commercials! It's bad enough that I'm paying for an app with commercials but I see that more than the show. Would never recommend this app to anyone.
I can deal with commercials but it's ridiculous having to watch a set if you need to rewind or fast forward. Sometimes you loose your spot, you shouldn't have to go through 1000 commercials just to find your spot again smh. They don't even have a preview to see where you're landing so it makes it very difficult to know where to stop. This could be a great app if it wasn't for this.
it takes a long time to load and they fall easily and the worst thing is that there is no technical support for any type of problem
For $10.99 u would think it's commercial free!! Same commercials over & over!!
I used to have the app on my android device. I tried to cancel my subscription multiple times using the phone app and it wouldn't let me. Apparently, you either have to cancel it through email or on a pc. Aside from that, instead of $10.99, I was charged $12.12 monthly for paying through PayPal (which I haven't experienced before using PayPal as payment in other apps/websites). You also pay to watch with ads. $10.99 for limited content with multiple ads.
I do like this app, but I do have a big concern towards one thing. The shows and quality are good, just the problem are the ads. Every time you watch a show, the ads appear, and sometimes not one, but even two. Its really annoying that overall I'm paying over 11 dollars a month to watch shows with ads. I would've give this app a higher rating if the ads won't appear.
You pay to literally watch ads not worth it!! Shows are removed without warning!!!!! You have to look for each episode one by one it does not continue to next episode automatically... worse app ever.. getting rid of it!!!
This is the worst service, we pay for it and yet, they play more commercials then the actual shows, worst choice ever, canceling my subscription now
Paid for service to be able to watch 1 specific novela and had 1 saved to watch again later... after 1 week BOTH of the novelas were deleted from the app, so now im unistalling and canceling subscription....
This app would be great if it didn't have ads i wish they would get rid of them i mean we do pay enough not to have the ads why not get rid of it....el app univision es bueno peeeerrrro fuera mejor sin los ads o promociones gracias thank you

I have NEVER put up a review but this is my first one and for good reason because like many others here say too many ads even though I have to pay the ads are for things I don't even need there is no control to where you can see where you land, lost my place multiple times and had to watch 20 minutes of ads before finding it again, SUPER light on content, interface feels like a beginner high school student made it, I WILL NEVER RECCOMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE BECAUSE OF TOO MANY USELESS ADS!!!
It was going great at the beginning but now im ready to cancel my subscription. I cant watch new episodes unless I watch them when its live. Im just tired of it at this point. Been like that for like 2 weeks already, i already logged out, uninstalled it and nothing seems to work. This app really needs to get fixed plus so many ads and its the same ones all the time.its pretty easy to use and to find stuff but this whole no new episodes is messing it up. Needs fixing asap. Ready to leave it.
