I still don't know why they couldn't unlocked my phone, but they gave me the money back. The costumer service were always nice.
After doing some research this company seemed better than others , they said if your I me I starts with a 3 then yes we can unlock it after 3 days and no response I submitted a ticket and called the phone only goes to busy signal .after pushing the issue got an email back saying sorry can't get a code for your phone .WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN !

I ordered unlock for my Samsung Galaxy S7 and process time said 24 to 72 hrs and its been well past that and i emailed the support and still no response i have order # and still no code or reponse

These guys are very responsive and responsible but remember instead of leaving negative feedback these systems are automated so they are not mind readers if you take the time to email them i promise they will respond and if they cannot helpnyou they will refund your money. I do not work for these people i am just Anderson as you and was nervous and skeptical but I wasn't let down.
