I have to agree with many of the reviews here. The app just doesn't work. I had lunch, downloaded the app, and connected my check. All would seem good, right? NOPE. The app tells me my check is connected, but it does not give me credit for having lunch. This seems like a no brainer that would be detected during development. You should also be able to view your check history, and I do not see that feature anywhere. This is not even a good first try, you must do better.
As wary as I am of 1-star reviews, I honestly cannot conceive of a more useless or difficult to use app. Your ordering acount is not linked to your rewards account. You cannot replace any automatically applied deal, and if you go back to change the order, you get logged. It serves no purpose; just use the website.
Terrible app.! Worked first visit to Defham, MA. Now unable to link check, therefore not receiving credit for purchases. If Uno wants to have a rewards program they should come up with a better system. Most other restaurants punch guest's information into their systems.
Worst restaurant app in the store. Looks like a 5th grader designed it Can't find where to put your check number, doesn't properly credit your account. Short window to enter receipt if you forget. So few features. Garbage
You dont get the rewards and when you fill out a support ticket they automatically sign you to another app - Table Up. Then you have to create an account with Table Up. No thanks. This is yet another scam.
Updated App, UI UX is VERY inconsistent in both navigation, color and style. Needs work.
Horrible. Wont load. Wont let you add or edit anything on your order. And its almost everytime sits at a black screen for 5 or more mins, before laoding. Horrible
Completely pointless, total lack of effort to update and maintain the app resulting in a worthless app that can't even show a menu nevermind provide an ordering service.
Awful. Never works, can't ever find items on check, randomly assigns multiple items to one person anf leaves others off rewards. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible.
Same issue as everyone else. Cannot link to rewards. Was sent the link 3 times click on it and get link not valid. Won't let you order without confirmation of phone number. App is useless
This app is such a pile of trash. Fields to enter check number arent even visible. "Something went wrong" is its favorite message every time you try to claim an item or connect to a check.
Worse app ever...trying to link check for rewards and app freezes. Tried restart, tried uninstalling, no luck.
It sometimes is hard to navigate or the screen gets stuck on one area without a smooth transition
We're at our local UNO two, sometimes three, times a week. This app continually fails to register all of the craft beer that we purchase.
this app is horrible!!!!!!!!!! I live in Wisconsin and the only "Local" restaurants I can get are in NY, VA, MA, MI, FL, CT what the hell how about my locals.
Echoing everyone else's review. This app is frustrating and pointless. Use the website instead, and save yourself the headache.
I can see this isn't at all the same app as before. Really cool loyalty program now. easier to use.
app worked great until the last update. I never got credit for the last two visits. now i can't even log in
I love dining at Unos but this app doesn't even give you a spot to enter the check number to join the check for the lunch club option.
Can't log in. Have an account and able to login on the website but can't log into the app. Useless.
Doesn't work 90% of the time. I have 6 credits and haven't been able to add one since.

Nice idea... but poor execution (at least on Android). On too many occasions my earned rewards failed to register (fourteentimes in a row, and counting...) Update: I love my local Uno's, but this "app" is detracting from my whole experience with the Uno's brand. I feel sorry for all of the Uno employees who are having to come up with excuses for why this (cr)app doesn't work at all. Needs a major overhaul... Update 5/28/19: Most of the problems I previously complained about seem to have been rectified. I would give the app a 4.5 right now...
